    The soldier took Sia's hand in his own and hurriedly jogged towards the noise. As they neared the somewhat crowded street, he spotted a ladder laying beside one of the many stores that lined the main thoroughfare. Grabbing it, he put it up against the store and climbed up it and onto the roof. He went towards the front and looked down at the gathered folks and, once satisfied with the view, returned to the ladder.

    "Sia, c'mon. The parade's started and ya ain't gonna find a better seat in town!", Cole called down to the doctor with a wide grin on his face.
