So the problem might not be that it's detecting it's level? In that case, I guess it's some random connection glitch..
On further I suppose it would be odd for it to cause bugs, since I'd thought I'd gotten it's stats, level, and such as the correct amounts, so the only wonky bit is it's level("caught" at level 5)and capture place(route 5, which is compatible with a dream radar one as far as I know).

Pretty sure Dream Radar has its own location data. If you can, upload a real Dream Radar pokemon and copy that.

Aye, I'll try to do that then(on the plus side, it did work enough for me to find a Staravia, which was why I'd used a Tornadus for the dream world in the first place)

Actually, no. Dream Radar Pokemon are leveled based on the number of badges you have, and the pokemon available in the Dream Radar are not based on maingame progress.

You can't trade Tornadus in Therian forme (the forme you get when captured via Dream Radar). In order to switch between formes you need the Reveal Glass which is obtainable at the Abundant Shrine, a place that you are unlikely to get with no badges at all (required to capture lvl 5 Pokemon in the Dream Radar).

So it's probably hacked.

Other than not passing checks for hacked 'mons? Not likely. Bugs are usually caused by more serious hacks than creating a mostly-plausible Pokémon.
