I just noticed that the giant "Elan" sign in panel 9 of this page doesn't spell anything anymore because the lights are still in the process of burning out. After all, on the previous page, they already burned out enough to appear to spell "Flan."

I just noticed that Haley hits the wall before she lands here, hence why she grows as she falls and why she needs to land on the lawyers to cushion her fall. Also, you can see Tiny Stone Haley sliding down in the two panels before she falls.

Meh, in 900, I just now noticed that the roaches survived the blast thanks to an Indiana Jones 4 reference, hiding into a little fridge.

    Time zones! Brilliant!

I just noticed that Malack is friends with Kotor, paladin of Marduk. Malack certainly has a knack for making and keeping friends of all alignments, even those fundamentally opposed to his CE deity. Also, Kotor Needs a Rez; that such a group exists means that Durkon can find good, high-level clerics around the continent for the OotS to hire.

I'm sure he keeps an unnecessarily complex and noisy mechanical contraption around just to get it down. Tradition and all that, you know.

And eew. I'm not a vegetarian, but even I get grossed out with the stuff they do with animal remains. I found out how they made hot dogs once. I don't eat them anymore.

But yes, back to the discussion

In the first panel of 388, you can see the hole in the glass in the corner of the window in the door where they smashed it to open the doorknob. And glass on the ground around it, too, which is weird because the glass should have fallen inside the building.

Also, Haley is making a "yuck" face after realizing she kissed Nale in the first panel of 393. Also in 393, I never noticed before that whenever someone makes a fist to punch someone, their hand is actually drawn. You can see Elan's fist with three knuckle fingers and his skin tone.

Sabine makes reference to having clear access to Haley's sternum. Which is exactly how Nale dies when his father stabs him.

Apparently, niche has two pronunciations, and one of them is a perfect rhyme. I've always said 'neesh' but apparently 'nitch' is also valid.

The reason I said "almost" is because I was unable to find any accent or pronunciation reference where "electroresistive" rhymes with "ethnocentric". I agree that all the other pairs can rhyme.

Just notice that Sabine, unlike Haley, Thog, Roy, and others, doesn't have a belly button -- not being a mammal and all.

In strip #144, Roy has no weapon, just a broken hilt and a Bag of Tricks.

The ogres they fight in #144-145 are carrying spears, not clubs. In #146, Belkar argues with Roy about his lack of a secondary weapon.

By the time #151 rolls around, Roy has a club, but no explanation is given as to where he got it from (at least not that I can find).

Unless he had it fashioned out of the wood from the forest, and that's why it looks awkwardly tied together with rope?

I never noticed just how nutso Haley's bow is. The net effect on a +5 Icy Burst bow is +5 to hit, an extra 1d6+5 damage on every successful hit (1d6 void against skeletons), and 1d6+2d10+5 extra damage on a critical. Daaaaaang.

In 750, I like how in all but the last one, Elan and Tarquin's panels all have something that makes Tarquin's wickedness horribly apparent that's just out of Elan's sight.

EDIT: Also, one of the ball pit skeletons is a kobold.
