"You shouldn't be afraid of me." Ilpholin says quietly before mulling over Darcy's questions. She didn't really have a good answer right now.

Reinholdt will return in time if the kids hop in bed without a fuss, though Rein will make sure they're tucked in as well.

Lyanna puts up no fuss at all, and is quick to fall asleep. After changing into her PJs, she slips into bed, her lids near closed already, and curls up into the blanket. Thank you Mister Reinhol... And she's out.

Estia on the other hand pouts the whole way. It's not fair. I wanna know what's going on. But she still puts on her PJs, grumpily, and gets onto bed. She crosses her arms and doesn't even attempt to pull the covers up.

"Well we were sailing into town when the weather started acting up, it was too quick to be natural and it was acting like it wanted to take us somewhere or stop us from going somewhere. I didn't want to try and test it too much so I went where it seemed to want to go. I had the girls head down into the ship in case the weather turned really nasty or there was something dangerous. That is when we found this island, and a voice started talking to me from thin air. It claimed to be the girls grandpa and it wanted me to bring them to it. I told it no and turned the ship to come back here. That is when this giant tentacled monster attacked the ship. I was fighting it off when Reinholdt came along and gave me a hand."

Derek says quickly summing up the trip.

Jezebelle listens as Derek tells his tale. At the mention of a Grandpa, Derek gets her full attention from there on. Did you see him? What'd he look like? she asks with a nervous excitement.

That's debatable. Could be one of the most rational things there is. It's a natural warning signal telling us to stay away from dangerous things.

Ilpholin doesn't add any more though, out of strength to try and persuade Darcy and just nuzzles into her lap.

It's time for another time skip then, with night 3 same as night 2 and 1 unless something changes on your end.

Day 4 is pretty awful as Ilpholin gets the shakes. Hard. Can't stop herself from trembling and sweating and can't stand much more of this.

Darcy carries Ilpholin to the spring that probably exists in the Grove and takes her into the water. (Which is probably pretty chilly, unless it's a hot spring. But there's a fire burning nearby to warm her up afterwards.) "Shh, love. It's going to be okay." she murmurs as she washes Ilpholin.
