And? She's 20th level and it's a useful spell. Buy a wondrous item, make it cheaper by cutting it down to one use a week* (should be more than enough for family life).

*not technically RAW, but there's pricing guidelines for limited charges per day - just make it 1/7 of a use per day. You'd end up spending 1/35 of the base price (what that is depends on caster level and activation method), where once a day is 1/5 of the price.

20th level wizards also get access to Limited Wish and Wish, either of which can replicate a Remove Disease spell (Wish can also do Heal, which is even more powerful). Limited wish only costs 300xp when replicating Remove Disease and 300xp is chump change in the 20th level range.

I've always been a fan of erasing someone from existence if I didn't want them rezzed. Flesh to Stone > Transmute Rock to Mud > Purify Food and Drink.

Though I am reminded of a bit of homebrew about using every part of the buffalo in making undead, since so much of a creature goes to waste if all you're doing is making skeletons...

But if you read the spell transmute rock to mud does not affect magical stone

Flesh to stone is instantaneous. The resulting statue is non-magical stone.

I prefer Glass Strike myself. A level higher than FtS, but so much easier to finish them off.

Sure, you then need to fish all the glass shards out of your new loot, but Prestidigitation.

Glass strike does let you keep the magic loot, too. But it doesn't have that same satisfaction as converting them into potable water. Though I guess you could take all the raw glass and use the Fabricate spell to turn it into something neat.

Once someone fails their save against Flesh to Stone or Glass Strike, the fight's pretty much over for them anyway. The rest is really just desecrating their soon-to-be corpse.
