A137 I was looking at that section a while ago and wondering the same thing. I believe that's just a general rule for when the form is not explicitly listed and has no bearing for creatures that can change shape to specific forms. Otherwise imps can't change into medium-sized wolves and dragons can't change into medium-sized humanoids, which is clearly not the intention. I'd say this is a case of specific trumps general.

    A137 Note
Maybe you can ask on the Paizo Forums themselves. A ruling might get added to the errata or the FAQ-Thread. Which, AFAIR, is official rules in PFS, as stated in the Guide to PFS (or was it PFS Guide?) The Free Thingy.

EDIT: If you do, AND get an answer, an update here would be cool, thanks.

    A138

Yes. Note that since you count as your own ally, even if there were some rule that the cavalier's mount counted as the same creature as its rider the question is moot.

    Q139

A Half-Orc Witch can choose an alternate favored class option that allows them to add skill ranks to their familiar. Can this exceed the normal maximum on skill ranks? If not, does it have any advantages over the usual favored class option to gain a skill point, since the master and familiar share skill ranks?

A139 You can never exceed the maximum skill ranks as dictated by your HD. Some like to argue that this ability lets you exceed the maximum, but the rules are clear.

You can never have more ranks in a skill than your total number of Hit Dice.
That said, I don't see what the RAI behind this ability was. Maybe to advance skills they've already invested their ranks into, since investing skill ranks as a witch would override those.

The Inquisitor handbook references the Master Delver feat, saying it enhances the perception and knowledge dungeoneering skills.
Googling however, did not produce any results.
So the simple question is: what does the Master Delver feat do?/where can I find it?

A140 I don't know of any such feat, I even checked my copy of Dungeoneer's Handbook just to be sure. It could be a third party or homebrew feat. If I were to venture a guess, it gives you a +2 bonus to Knowledge (dungeoneering) and Perception checks while underground or in a dungeon environment (which increase to +4 at 10 ranks), much like other feats of that category.

A 140 Master Delver is from Pathfinder Chronicles: Cities of Golarion and provides a +2 to Knowledge (dungeoneering) checks and Perception checks made to notice traps, as well as makes Knowledge(dungeoneering) a class skill, not that Inquisitors need that but whatevs. That...was kinda a pain to dig up. :|

So magic items are generally available in all sizes, but what of wands?

Wands have a specific size range listed, so does that mean a Huge creature is essentially waving a toothpick around or can you get larger wands?

    Q142

The Staff of Travel says it's wielder gets an enhancement bonus to base speed, does this mean you have to be holding it in your hand or simply have it on your person?

A141 It's irrelevant since it's just fluff, you can make both mundane and magic items in any size you want, but the rules assume the items are gonna be used by characters of standard size, hence the appropriate description. There's no huge-sized arrows either, as far as I know. And I can imagine dragons using wands in their hordes as toothpicks, yes. It would be slightly more awkward if you killed that colossal dragon and found a colossal wound on it that weighs 256 pounds, wouldn't it?

A142 The wielder gets a bonus to base speed. Are you wielding a staff that's on your back? How about that weapon resting on your belt? Thought so.

A143 I don't know about enchantments, but fire-forged steel is presumably immune to fire (though the rules don't explicitly say so), and adamantine weapons can shrug off the first 40 points of fire damage without even heating up. For every +1 enhancement bonus, you also add 2 to hardness, so that further increases their energy "resistance" by 4. If you're using wooden weapons, greenwood only takes 1/4 damage from fire, and using ironwood on it would give it the hardness of steel.

If I take a level of Monk and then gain Improved Two-Weapon Fighting without having TWF, does it interact with Flurry of Blows in any way? For example, if I was a Monk X/Ranger 6+ with the TWF combat style, would I be able to make two extra attacks on a Flurry?

A 144 Flurry of Blows doesn't grant the Two-Weapon Fighting feat chain, it just lets you act as if you had it when using unarmed strikes or Monk weapons, so no, they overlap, they do not stack.

Wanted to be sure he can Sneak Attack with two-handed weapon. The SRD doesn't say he can't, but I wanted to be sure - wouldn't want to throw such thing at my players and then find out it's against the rules.

Two or three-handed weapons are all fine. As are zero-handed weapons, like barbazu's beard, and spells that require attacks. Thugs with greatswords can be a pretty tough challenge on a lower-level party, so don't overdo it.

Q 148: Some untyped bonus examples

    Goblin Fire Drum
All fires (including fire spells and effects) within 30 feet of the bearer deal an additional +1 point of fire damage per die (maximum +10).
Q 148 A: This bonus caps at 10 extra damage, regardless of the number of drums or dice of fire damage beyond 10?

    Accursed Bloodline arcana
In addition, whenever you are within 30 feet of another sorcerer with this bloodline or a witch with the coven hex, you can use the aid another action to grant a +1 bonus to the other spellcaster’s caster level for 1 round.
Q 148 B: This bonus stacks, allowing six sorcerors to work together to give a 3rd level witch an effective Caster Level of 9, correct? This is possible because the bonus comes from a modified version of the "aid another" action, and aid another stacks with itself.

Battle Herald - Inspiring command (Teamwork)
Allies add the battle herald’s inspiring command bonus on skill checks or attack rolls made when using the aid another action, and if successful, the assisted ally increases the aid another bonus by an amount equal to the battle herald’s inspiring command bonus.
Q 148 C: Six rogues helping a 7th level herald make an attack would each make their aid-another attack roll at +1, and the herald would get a +3 bonus from each of them, because aid another benefits stack, and the Inspiring Command increases the effectiveness of the aid another action? The herald's total bonus from all their aid-anothers would be +18.

    Halfling opportunist - Excellent aid
A halfling opportunist has an amazing talent for getting the most out of those who assist her. Increase the bonus she gets from aid another by +1.
Q 148 D: Six rogues helping a 7th level opportunist make an attack would give him a +3 bonus from each of them, because aid another benefits stack, and the Excellent Aid increases the potency of the aid another action? The opportunist's total bonus from all their aid-anothers would be +18.

Q 148 E: Now, assuming that we houserule that the accursed bloodline power can benefit from "inspiring command - teamwork," then six sorcerors aiding a witch/opportunist with two heralds standing by would each contribute +3 to the witch/opportunist's caster level. (1 from the base power, 1 from inspiring command, and 1 from excellent aid. The inspiring command bonus remains +1 despite the presence of a second herald because the bonus is typed (competence)).
The Witch/Opportunist would have a total CL bonus of +18. If each of the sorcerors was playing a fire drum, then all of the witch/opportunists fire spells would deal +1 damage per die, to a maximum of +10 damage at 10 or more dice. Is this correct?

A148A Yes, I would assume that multiple drums make no difference, but I could see it being ruled otherwise by a very generous GM. Additional dice make no difference however.

A148B Yes, the bonuses stack, that is both RAW and RAI.

    A148C Correct.

    A148D Yes, the bonuses stack.

A148E Correct, but I don't think there's any houseruling necessary, it should work by default.

Excellent. My players will hate me in the morning. The houserule is necessary because the wording on Inspiring Command - Teamwork specifically states:
Teamwork: Allies add the battle herald’s inspiring command bonus on skill checks or attack rolls made when using the aid another action, and if successful, the assisted ally increases the aid another bonus by an amount equal to the battle herald’s inspiring command bonus.
It seems to imply that the benefit is dependent on the success of an attack roll or skill check, neither of which you make when using the Bloodline Arcana or Coven Hex aid another actions.

Q 149 If I cast a spell with a duration based on my Caster Level, such as flaming sphere (1 round/level) and my CL is reduced a few rounds later, does the spell continue to its previous duration or the new limit based on my lower CL?
Example, my BBEG has a normal CL of 10, boosted to 28 by the aforementioned shenanigans (aid another, etc). After I cast Flaming Sphere (duration 28 rounds), one of my followers gets killed or is prevented from aiding me. Now my CL drops to 25. Does Flaming sphere continue on to rounds 26-28, or does it end after 25 rounds?

I see no such implication, those are two separate things. The bonus increase is contingent on the success of the aid another action, not the skill check or attack roll made as part of that action.

A149 Your caster level after casting the spell is irrelevant. Much like if you cast permanency on a spell at CL 9th. It will only take a DC 20 check to dispel the effect, regardless of what your CL at the time may be.
