You pop out of a manhole not too far from the Selesnya tree you've been munching on, in what appears to be a white-aligned neighborhood. It's the dead of night, and there's not a lot of activity going on at the moment.

The houses are plain and simple, most of which have their lights out. The streets are mostly abandoned, with a person or two moving hurriedly to get to one place or another. Off in the distance, away from the tree you spot a large cathedral, likely of the Orzhov. Out of the corner of your eye, you spot a humanoid shape in a nearby alley, crouching and covered in an oversized cloak.

You stealthily scale the building, taking in your surroundings. In addition to the large tree and the cathedral, you notice an unusual pit in the ground near the cathedral, glowing a bit red. You look across the street and notice the cloaked figure jump on a passing woman, grab something, and run off down the street. The woman is sitting on the street, sobbing.

I will follow from the Roofs, his running away has caught my eyes...
Because of Roof Runner i can move at full speed and do not have to make checks vs loosing my balance and falling off.
and i auto pass jumps that are only 20 ft. (Dc 1 per 1 ft.)

The venom dissolves through the cloak of the figure, temporarily blinding it. It suddenly veers off to the left, colliding face-first with the wall of a building, shattering a window in the process. The figure is knocked unconscious by the force of the impact, and you hear a startled yelp from inside the house.
