Ah... Trog's brings back memories. Let's go there. It might be more IC for him to want to go to the place with "Fox" in the name, but I already have two characters there.

Hmph. Toby watches Rein depart. Given the narrative-focused natures of Trog's and my hat, I can arrive there as fast as I want.

Somehow, even without any facial features to speak of, the drone looks saddened, and puts the cake away. This way, please. Bzzzt! And it slowly begins to float toward the infirmary.

The person, a little confused, goes to follow the drone towards the infirmary. The machine seems to know where it's going. She doesn't much care that the machine is sad. It doesn't have real feelings, right? It's just a machine.

The drone floats into the infirmary and looks around for someone to help. Hello? Bzzt. We have someone here bzzzt! who needs treatment from a healer.

Well, my Druidic magic doesn't require the user to have a soul, just understanding. Technically speaking, Tobias' soul is... fractured.
Uh... Okay then. Should we go find Jamie now?

The guy who likes to burn things? Why would she wanna talk to him? Pearl asks from the hugging arms of Sayuri.

These two souls also have two minds that don't quite get along. Understanding may be an issue as well.

She adjusts her grip on Pearl, raising her up a bit. "C'mon, let's go!"

And as the new Girl Squad members head out, Quinn can be found by those coming in, looking up as the drone arrives. "Who is it?" she asks, standing.

The red-clothed person raises a hand halfway, and speaks, slowly and carefully picking their words.
"That would be me."

They take a few steps into the infirmary, to approach Quinn. "Have been attacked and hurt. Haven't place to go." They quickly fall silent, and look down at the floor.

"Hopefully she told only the good things," Shrike observes with a smirk. "And I guess that is important, isn't it?" After all, she wouldn't know...

"Why, of course it is," Tralka says as though it should be obvious. "Carrying a baby is a lot of work, and this one is also half-wolfen. That means it's going to be big."

"Why, of course it is," Tralka says as though it should be obvious. "Carrying a baby is a lot of work, and this one is also half-wolfen. That means it's going to be big."

"Unfortunatly, I've never had that experience, half-Wolfen or otherwise," Shrike admits. "But I'm sure she'll be fine. She's a strong woman," she says, sounding as if she Approves of Reelshka.

"Oh, I do hope you experience it yourself someday," Tralka says. "Having a child is wonderful. And I know that my sister is strong. But like many such people, she tends to forget that she needs to take it easy sometimes."

Justin mentally attempts to avoid blushing, but his blood vessels betray him."So you say that to every chef?" He says, finally gaining some ground in the playfulness category. "Either way, I think my fashion sense is a subject we can pry endless amusement from some other time. What have you been doing lately?"

"Not a bad plan at all. Until then, there's no shortage of people here to meet. I haven't even met everyone yet." Justin on the other hand doesn't have much experience "finding" friends. He normally falls ass backwards into them. Baccata herself he only met because he happened to be scavenging a church.

The patient shakes their head as they are steered towards the medbed, where they apprehensively lie down. "Not badly. Only one shot. But cannot heal yet."

Quinn being a doctor does nothing to comfort the patient. It's not a word she knows. But this is a helpful person, so she makes no comment.

Aside from studying biological weapons I've just been doing the usual same old stuff that I always do like, y'know, saving the world, beating up the bad guys, stealing cars, robbing banks, surviving shootouts, smashing guitars, blowing up buildings, disarming bombs, and filling out paperwork. But seriously, I hate paperwork so much and video games so are awesome! I've also been learning how to fly a jet and scuba dive when I have the time."

It takes Justin a good solid second before he starts laughing. "You almost had me until you said robbing banks. That's when I knew you were jerking me." Finsihed with his soup he finally starts on his chicken and potatoes. Sweet goodness that is better than he thought it would be. It is as good as it smells. "It seriously says something about either the nexus or me that I could absolutely believe you and your sister turning into super heroes when my back is turned." That and your repressed memories, but let's not get too deep shall we? "Video games, huh. Back in Georgia it was either all text based or pong or something. It's amazing the sort of graphics they have here. Any favorites most likely with parody names of popular franchises?"

"You were shot? Where, and by what?" Quinn asks, slipping on her medical gloves and mask. "Are you affected by positive or negative energy in any way?" she continues, taking a deep breath and starting a thorough check-over for wounds.

The Shaman couldn't help but sigh at the thought of what he was going to have to tell Lily, but it was best if she heard from him before anyone else. He had scooted Silence out back for now with a short explanation and waited for the little Halfling girl to arrive, feeling bad and anxious the entire time. She'll likely pick up on the latter when she finally does arrive, but he'll give her a very cheerful wag and smile and embrace when she walks in.

Lily comes tearing in at high speed. "I almost got one this time! I think I even hit it when I threw the rock, but it didn't fall out of the tree and just ran away. But I almost got it! Maybe tomorrow I'll get it!"

Lily has been trying to get good enough at rock throwing to kill a squirrel. So far, without success.
