How would you make OOTS style feathery wings for Angellics?
All I've got so far is this...

Drew this in a couple of minutes as a reference, not the best quality, but I hope it'll do.
As a rule of thumb: simple outlines work fine. You can make them more detailed, but try not to draw too many feathers. Yeah, and avoid drawing them pointy as they then will look like scales.

Well, you could get all detailed like me:
I've made another character with feathered wings, but it didn't turn out quite as well.

Or you can draw individual feathers and piece them together, then recolor them to get something like I got for Rothorn (in sig)

Probably the best set I have...There are like...6 pairs of wings that are different in my portfolio, if you want to look at them all...

Rich usually doesn't add feathers, but I can't find my flying monkey picture to show =(
