Another thing I'd like to note is that when I was a wee polyp, I was afraid to try interacting with senior members because I had the idea that their characters already had a lot of history and stuff going on and thus wouldn't be interested; in hindsight, I probably missed out on some fun RP that way.

This. So much this. The whole concept of 'senior members' is even mentioned in the forum rules.

Discussing Post Counts
This also includes discussing user level or time being a member. Some people may think that a large post count is a status symbol, or grants them spooky powers. It doesn't. We try to treat all posters as equal, the ones that just started posting and the ones that have been here since the dawn of time have equal importance.

It's true, as Beans says, that the longer someone has been rping, the more tangled up history they'll have with other PCs. But they got that tangled up history one new PC at a time.

The main problem with trying to initiate rp with a veteran is they may simply be overloaded with scenes and can't fit any new rp in at the moment. That's all. RP with veterans isn't any more or less valuable than rp with newbies. It's just RP, and it's more or less valuable based on how well the PCs bounce off each other and how much fun the players are having.

Arkhosia, given that vampires are the central source of conflict your character may want to exercise discretion. Her slip here works perfectly for the plot so we'll keep it in. But if you want to keep going down this road we should discuss what ramifications, if any, will come about because of it.

He probably wasn't invited, but that never stopped him. He's heard of some absolutely marvelous relaxation koi ponds, and got rather bored of the Nexus so far. It's a vacation, essentially. And his force powers are strong enough to fool any guards.

I still find it really hard to believe that Harald is as neutral as he proclaims and as generally alright as his player proclaims when all I ever see him do is side with obvious bad guys, yell at law enforcers and soldiers just doing their jobs, and in general acting like a self-entitled kid.
Especially when he mentions how he felt his homeworld did amoral things and then pulls this.

Aaand for continuity purposes, if HALO doesn't collect their dead whenever they leave after the smoke settles (if Clarissa is still standing), their dead will be sent to them with all due respect so that proper death rites can be administered and depending on the outcome HALO may also receive an interesting proposal...

I really think perhaps you spoke a bit too fast. So far, I dont see anything nearly as powerful as half the toys built into Louv're Tower, nor do I see any weapons usually hated on here. No atomic weaponry, not antimatter, no death star laser. Some turrets, secret tunnels, some really nice walls, and some stuff that's being confusing and strange.

It's really quite tame compared to the stuff I've seen exploded in the Nexus.

Well, yeah. Everyone in the Nexus hates them. If we want AMEN (and it turn conflict) then they need to be strong enough not to get totally annihilated. (Cause Im fairly certain Watch and Halo could completely massacre AMEN currently.)
