Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
Ms Elaneous wakes up stretching with a wide yawn. She steps out of her house with a grin yet stops in her tracks, on foot in midstep, as she sees that there are already points in her direction. "You know, this doesn't bode well either." She takes a deep breath and tries to defend herself as best as she can, "Well, I'm just going to let you know that this whole "lynch Ms Elaneous" thing is a bad idea. You won't kill a wolf today by lynching me! I promise. And did I not help find a wolf yesterday? I pointed at Flabbicus long before a bandwagon formed for heaven's sake! I'm trying to help this village, not hurt it or kill everyone off. I'm not sorry for anything except that I was one of the few not lucky enough to be scried and put on the safe list." She flings her hands out in emphasis.
"Speaking of lists, I followed a lot of them, too. I've been relying on a lot on other people's logic lately, particularly Lucky's. Truth is I'm need to start keeping track of things like that myself," she blushes a bit embarassedly. "I'm bad for organization..."
Her eyes narrow suspiciously as she speaks, "And Exachix, as my only counterpart on the list, simple logic demands I point at you. I'd rather like to keep my neck intact." She rubs her neck with one hand nervously just thinking about it and the other hand she uses to *point at Exachix*Last edited by Ms_Elaneous; 2007-02-17 at 08:33 AM. Reason: Formatted text better.

Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
A spiritly illithid appears near the gallows.
He turns to face Blood, chills run down the man's spine at the sight of the apparition, Actually I'm pretty sure you called me a werewolf. I am not a man, so you were incorrect in that assumption. And I almost forgot... A THOUSAND CURSES UPON YOU ALL!
He fades into obscurity so as to not divulge any key factoids of the game.

Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
Exachix sighs.
"Ok, let's look back at 'Lucky's divine list for which we follow blindly without thinking'.
Lord Iames Osari - Villager
Cult of the Raven - Villager
flabbicus - Wolf
Exachix - Live
Ms. Elaneous - Live
Captain "Fluffy" - Villager
Rumda - Villager
Tharj TreeSmiter - Villager
If we look that those statistics, that 1/6. not even 20% of the people on that list so far that have been lynched were wolves. If we are both villagers, which I know one of us is, it's 1/8th, or 12.5%. Or even 14% if Ms E is a wolf, and I am a villager, or I'm a wolf, and she's a villager.
That's not good enough for me really to justify lynching more from that list. To be honest, it seems whatever basis upon which this list was created upon, seems to be redundant and wrong. I don't believe it's right."
He raises his finger, you'll find it's pointing to Death
"Personally, I don't trust you and your train of thought. You pointed to me first, and you seem to have a vendetta against me. However, this is a shot in the dark, and I don't know if you really are a wolf."Cassietar!

Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
There were valid reasons behind that list, and maybe we just got really unlucky, but there should have been 3 wolves in this list, or in the couple people left off...helgraf and ink mainly. We've killed one wolf, 2 left....2 of you left alive....maybe you're both wolves. I'm not discounting the lists until they're proved completely wrong.
That being said, I think that someone with access to the seer list is a wolf in disguise, otherwise, how could they be getting one mason after another like they are? Especially with the devil dead so long. Unfortunately, I wouldn't know where to start to look for the suspicious one there.
So I'm going to keep following my lists.

Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
Hrm. Both subjects are on the 'L' list. Either one could be a wolf. Having heard their defenses, I still really don't know which.
And, of course, I'm under suspicion, also being on Lucky's list. So if I pick one and they turn out to be a villager, I'll get tarred for being a wolf 'protecting' the other, based on the presumption that the other whom I did not pick is a wolf.
Yuck.

Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
Blood turns to Exachix. "As Alarra said, that list wasn't just Lucky's whims. It was taken from the Seer's list. So, either you are a wolf, or Ms. E is a wolf. Or you're both wolves. There aren't a whole lot of other valid choices."
Blood watches the fingers pointing more at Exachix than Ms E. "Okay, but I simply think that Ms. E is a wolf, and has more evidence against her than Exachix."Yup.

Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
Seeing as the wolves sent me their kill early, I'm going to end the night now.
I can neither confirm or deny any of the claims made in this flavor text.
As written by the wolves:
The villagers awaken this morningto flavour textto a dark, intimidating sky. It's foreboding presence makes them all ill at ease. The air is charged with energy.
They assemble in the middle of town to find both Blood and Alarra missing. Rushing to Blood's home, they find it covered in bloody paw prints and tanning tools, but no Blood. (Ah, the irony.)
Feeling a rising panic, they sprint to Alarra's home, finding the door locked and barred. After much calling of her name, she answers, yet refuses appear at the door. They finally coax her into coming out, and realize why she had been hiding.
Alarra rather nervously steps outside wearing a primitive dress made of what appears to be panther-like fur. Around her neck is a necklace made of sharp, feline teeth. Bangles around her wrists seem to be made of various other bones.
Inside her home, the villagers find all other clothing seems to have been slashed and torn beyond repair. She silently holds up a note reading:
Alarra,
We've been sitting on this idea for awhile. Here's a token of our high esteem. We thought a beautiful barbarian such as yourself could use a change of wardrobe.
Best wishes,
Your Lycan Friends of the Past and Present
P.S. Blood was a huge help in picking it out. We couldn't have done it without his help or that of our splendid Devil. Be sure to thank them next time you see them.
Blood, a villager, was eaten by wolves.

Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
Blood's ghost appears in the Village Square. "About time. I would make more comments, but of course, I can't tell you anything that would affect the plot..."
((I knew from the start that there would be a "blood" irony joke in there. There's blood all over, but no Blood. Oh, and how did I help pick out the dress? Is that something subtle that I missed?))Yup.
