Civilization 5: Giant Multiplayer in the Playground II

Starting up another Civilization 5 Giant Multiplayer Robot game, running both Gods & Kings and the Brave New World expansions. This thread is intended for any politicking, negotiating, spectator commentary, screenshots and whatnot.

Game is set up and hopefully running.

Map type: Hemispheres, large size.

Game Pace: Fast (Still means this'll take 6-12 real-time months depending on player speed).

Join the GMR game by installing the app and using one of the unique keys in the spoiler box in the first post, then just wait for everyone to have joined up and for me to launch it.

Follow one of the links in Driderman's spoiler, and log in to the Giant Multiplayer Robot site with your Steam id. Should be fairly straightforward after that.

I was wondering why this wasn't updating when, doh, I forgot to subscribe to thread.

Anyways, I signed into the game now. (And subscribed to thread.)

Edit: So, how does this work? How do I log into the game and such? I already registered in Giant Multiplayer and have the app downloaded, but it says 0 games and such. What should I do now?

8 players so far, so there are two more spots available. I'll be heading to bed in about 5-7 hours so I'll leave it up to you guys whether I should launch the game tonight, or wait until tomorrow. We're certainly enough to start at this point.

If you've joined a game, it's not this one

Did you use one of the links provided in the spoiler box in the original post to actually join a game, or did you just set up a GMR account? Or are you possibly masquerading as one of the other people who showed interest in joining?
