And those two arguing at the bar are human. Linda could maybe be Mediterranean tan. Senalat is darker. But they are both too old to be called girls. One of them started young and has grandchildren already.

"A doorknob that electrically shocks you," he says in a perturbed tone of voice. "I'm glad I brought an eyebot with me. It saved my life because it read the heart monitor from my Pipboy. Moral of the story? Be sure to sync up your mobile devices or you could die of electrocution." That is a crazy lesson to learn from that, but it's better than "always test doorknobs with a multimeter before entering," and he might have been just paranoid enough to start trying. He certainly bought one.

"I usually work alone on those sort of things. It's inevitable to bite me in the tail at some point, but so far it hasn't happened yet." says Krayger with a bit of a chuckle. Sheesh, though. Either it was a pretty low amount of current or he's hardy for a human. A defibrillator won't save you after getting enough amps to fry you.

Wenomir is... still here. Yep. Sooner or later, something interesting is bound to happen. If not something that'll let him do his part for Watchtower's budget, then at least he might get to hurt someone and work out some of the frustration that's been building up for the last several months.

A second wheel rolls into town Trog's and joins its identical twin. They sit there for a moment, the signs floating inside them changing to form sentences in an odd language. After a few minutes, both wheels make their way over to Wenomir and face the swordmaster.
"Hello." One sign reads
"We would wheely love to be your companions."
The first sign shifts into "We'll take you wherever you'd like to go."

Wenomir sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose.

"Thank you, but I don't require transportation."

"Sure?"

The wheels tirelessly ask in turn, the air darkening and solidifying around them until a motorcycle appears out of the shadows.
The dash lights up and LED letters appear with the words:
We could prove useful. A sneaky getaway. An unexpected escort. You could fight will riding us, since we can move on our own.

"Quite sure, I'm afraid," Wenomir says. "I don't use vehicles much. Only as a passenger, sometimes."

Oh well, suddendly The tavern seems to be full of potential people. Praise the nexus for the sudden changes that happen.

All he's looking for is a regular old human woman? Well at least that darn species is pretty numerous. There's a few options... a tall, honestly rather intimidating brunette at the bar. The robed figure that... is probably a woman, sitting in the aforementioned shadows all by her lonesome. A distinctly evil-looking sorceress of some god or other, wreathed in fire and followed everywhere by floating, burning sigils.

Not Old. Zefir is still in his mid twenties, but if Adir thinks he is olderthen he did a good job with his disguise.
Let's see An intimidating or an evil looking one is here. Not really the once you talk to without a priest in your back.

Riot Gear? Oh, that's a no for Zefir. He comes from a military family and doesn't need a girlfriend from another military family. Also I looked the suit up and I have to say I didn't see any difference between male and female.

Grandchildren? That means .. well she might be around 24 or 36 whatever 'young' menas here. But Zefir can't know that unless she got a 'I'm a grandmother' sign somewhere. Still, theyare two and a man is close to them, two reason he may not choose them for now as well.

The robed, hooded woman, Iamar, is a bit ambiguous in her appearance, but has a distinctly feminine figure. She's not in the shadows at all, but sitting at a table, sitting at a cup of hot tea.

And that brings us to the person Zefir assumed he could talk to and doesn't either kill him or whattever woman do when they don't like you. Befor he goes, he turns back to Adir.
"What now?" he asks unsure what to do. The last time he had to talk to a woman and make her like him was a job to kill her. Not something he should do here.

Leo is awfully tired by the time he arrives at Trog's Tavern. The trek there from HALO has really taken it out of him, and he's glad to find some place with empty seats. "Well, we made it, Mr. C," he tells the little creature accompanying him. "Trog's Tavern...Finally." The spiritualist pulls up a chair at one of the unoccupied tables and sits, sighing with relief as he takes his weight off his feet. "So, tell me more about this friend we're looking for. What kind of guy is he...?"

((I just now thought about this...@aric: Leo's primarily going to be working with Zefir/Mr. C, but if the sentient tires/motorbike want to try and make friends with him, go for it.))

"Well, he is a mage. He crafted me a special amulett. I haven't heared about him latly and the place he used to work disapeared as well."

Leo doesn't know too much about the Nexus, but normally, when someone disappears from the public eye, there's some kind of explanation behind it. Having heard a bit about Mr. C's friend already, this new information gives him a few ideas. "What kind of work did he do," he asks. "Did he only have one workspace, or are there other places where he could be working now?" The more questions get answered, the more quickly he may be able to arrive at a plan of action.

He'll wait for Mr. C to answer these questions first before asking anything else; he doesn't want to overwhelm his friend. As long as he's OK with talking about his friend some more, the spiritualist will also ask him, "What made this amulet of yours special? Do you still have it?"

Oh. Do you know of any who could utilize us?

"I don't know anyone specific," Wenomir says. "But if you keep looking, you're bound to find someone."

The motorcycle splits in half and its body dissipates into shadow as the two wheels roll up to Leo and Mr. C.

Leo doesn't know too much about the Nexus, but normally, when someone disappears from the public eye, there's some kind of explanation behind it. Having heard a bit about Mr. C's friend already, this new information gives him a few ideas. "What kind of work did he do," he asks. "Did he only have one workspace, or are there other places where he could be working now?" The more questions get answered, the more quickly he may be able to arrive at a plan of action.

He'll wait for Mr. C to answer these questions first before asking anything else; he doesn't want to overwhelm his friend. As long as he's OK with talking about his friend some more, the spiritualist will also ask him, "What made this amulet of yours special? Do you still have it?"

"Well, he identified magical items and as far as I know created some as well." Mr. C replies and then shakes his head. "I don't know. I only met him there or ar my home."

Mr. C won't repli to the wheels, more because he isn't really able to use a motorcycle.

Linda sees the motorcycle from the corner of her eye. It fades but she goes over there anyway and hears the tires talk.

"Excuse me." she says to the tires. "Does your vehicle body have a sound system I can borrow?"

After the motorcycle leaves, Wenomir sighs and goes back to waiting. The... vehicle... was nice enough, but he just doesn't use this kind of thing. At least it didn't drag him off somewhere to mock him, though. That's always nice.

On his left wrist is a shiny PipBoy, and thrust through a belt loop is a shiny metal crowbar. He's also wearing a pair of gloves and a military-style backpack. They'll look around before going to sit down near the bar.

Speak of the devil." Krayger says with a smile as everyone's favorite Vault-suited crowbar-carrier walks in. He'll get a wave from his bovine friend.

The Nexus has no shortage of craftsmen of most specialties, as he has witnessed already in his relatively short stay, but creators and appraisers of magic artifacts seem fewer and farther between, which could help to narrow their search. "Well, in that case, that amulet may be useful. If your friend is renowned for his work, then maybe someone here will recognize his craftsmanship and point us in the right direction." He would ask another related question, but just then...

What's more, the idea of having a more efficient method of transportation at his disposal (at no cost, even!) makes for quite an attractive offer, especially considering his current fatigue. Curious about what this arrangement might entail, he tells Mr. C, "Erm...Excuse me just a moment," before turning his attention to them. Skepticism compels him to inquire, "I could definitely use an easier way of getting around...but how would one manage it with only two wheels?"

In response to the Spiritualist's question, the shadows once again form around the wheels until a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R appears in absolutely perfect condition.
T2: "We are shadow wheels, and we are needing a master to serve."

Mr. C just watches the wheels change, but since they won't be of use for him, he got no intention to work with them.

A young blond woman wearing a long black dress quickly ducks into the tavern. She peers out of one of the windows for a few seconds before heading over to the bar and taking a seat. Sighing at her unexpected detour won't do anything to help pass the time. But she figures a drink will.

She doesn't seem to notice as they switch over to the New Thread.
