Well, the guy who did the art for Dragon's Crown pretty much stated outright that he hyper-sexualized all the women as a satirical statement, and pretty much none of the character designs were supposed to be taken seriously.

If someone can find a SFW pic that would work for this, here's a demotivator idea:

Sadly, it's not RPG related exactly, so it probably doesn't belong here.

Martin doesn't care about plot armor.)
Daleks have been scary in exactly 1 episode of New Who, their first one. And they probably could pull it off in a couple more if handled correctly. But honestly their appeal comes more from their strength as villains, their insanely awesome plotlines, and the sheer bizarre factor. There really isn't a villain I can think of that are like Daleks. They're pretty much individual tanks that actually have a shape that is pretty well designed (relatively speaking for sci-fi robots/battle suits) for protection and artillery.

Also, as a huge fan of ASOIAF, I'd actually argue about whether or not Martin cares about plot armor. If he really didn't, a bunch more characters would have died by now.

And? Are you just complaining because its a joke based on the over-sexualized character. Because it calls the over-sexualized character attractive when what is considered physical beauty is mutable and has changed, but you yourself do not agree with that. Its not as if the motivator is claiming it too be the standard of beauty or what a group should aim for.

Now if you will excuse me time too work on some Tome of Battle motivators involving martial arts.... or dancing

The idea and some of the design of the second one remind me of Bounen no Xamdou, but in that case he'd probably be fully transformed.

The first one looks like he might be a soldier from a possibly post-apocalyptic, certainly sci-fi kind of anime.

They are actually Both humanized Pokemon, with the second being Metagross as Vknight says and the first being Blastoise.

Though it's hard to actually tell it's any relation to blastoise at all, with the only things being the two cannons, the bandages which are supposed to be like the underside of the shell, and the brown plates on the jacket.
