Speaking as a member of the red/green colorblind community, and as an artist, it is certainly more than just a quirk.

The fact of it being a quirk or a flaw for Hinjo mainly depends on the presence of horizontally oriented traffic lights in Azure City

Red-green is probably not major enough to be a Flaw (although he might wonder what the big deal is with the goblin leader's cloak) but being blue-yellow colorblind in Azure City should be worth two feats.

So do we know what level the characters were at in Strip 1? Elan mentions his six new skill points in Strip 2; given that the conversion to 3.5. gives him 2 extra skill points/level, does that make him, at least, 3rd level?

Elan was referring to the number of skill points/level that bards get in 3.5, not the number of points he actually got. (This was in the FAQ for the thread as 'Giant confirmed' at some point, I think, but I'm having trouble finding the reference now.)

You can check out the OP for the original levels of the Order.

So Belkar's picked up a +5 collision dagger (likely crafted by the psion). Does this provide additional insight about her manifester level?

Assuming that we take the "maximal efficiency enhancements" to mean +5, then that makes her level 15 at least. Oh, and it also means that she has the Craft Psionic Arms and Armor feat.

    Yes, though only slightly so.

The while only requiring ML 10, the Collision Enhancement requires Matter Manipulation. That's an 8th level power, requiring Psion 15.
The +5 element also carries a ML requirement of 15, though if she had her Orange stone while crafting she would only need 14.

So to craft this weapon, Laurin would need to be at least level 15.

(Aside: Cost is based on combined the combined +X equivalent of the weapon, but crafting CL/ML requisites are pegged at the single highest ML required for the the component enhancements.)

Yeah, I came here to point out that she's at least a Psion 15 (And I'm still putting my chips on "Nomad") but various others beat me to it.

Neat. The collision enhancement helps explain Tarquin killing the (admittedly wounded) Nale in one shot. (Not that he necessarily needed the bonus, but still.)

Given how easily he punted Belkar and knocked Roy around, he probably has a crazy Str score as well.

It occurs to me that it also bumps her requisite Int to 18+.

Also, Belkar is listed as having Strength 14-17, based on old calculations and SSDT. Since he's now level 16, can we bump that up to 14-18?

It deals +5 damage on top of the enhancement bonus. So Belkar is hitting for his damage die plus strength with an additional +10 from the dagger.

I think the point is that it was a cheap and poor aesthetic choice, so Vaarsuivius wouldn't think twice before automatically removing it.

On another note, now I can't get a picture out of mind of Tarquin holding a dagger with Twilight Sparkle's tail trailing from the hilt.
