Clearly that wasn't in character. I object to being called a Tekorvite! I was making a reference to Monopoly. Greatest board game for destroying families ever.

It's true, you don't want to know how many shallow graves are behind my dad's cabin in the middle of nowhere.

    I mean, what?

Also, I was clearly making a reference to [insert Prince symbol here].

As a side note, as I was writing it the Codex felt less and less like a religious thing and more and more like a journalistic one with religious trappings. It's a really interesting idea that I quite dig.
Genivana was already involved in that mess anyways, so it's alright. My secret action last turn was actually evacuating Alorenan cities to get the civilians out of harm's way. I don't think there were any mechanical effects, but the seeker might have been aware of it.

And yeah, that's kind of what the letters should be really. The religion is new. The seekers have all read, maybe even memorized, Mosi's revelation. They're looking for proof of it.

Behold, the Raaneki Games of 347!

Let me know if anything looks amiss.

For those whom I've PMed about diplomatic negotiations during the second action of this turn, this is how I decided to fluff it. I'm pretty sure we're all interested in talking to each other anyway, so if we're all in the same place we can conduct a full-scale bird-in-bush massacre.
Rejoice! My son will probably attend (only for fluff reasons), it will be long journey for 7 years old boy (He is lizardfolk, so he is like 15 years old human), but he has to see world. And I have to practice my english.

Btw: Little mechanics question, building new port town is normal project (2 rounds) or great project (5 rounds)?

Probably only 2 rounds. Great projects are for big things. If you wanted to make the best port in the world it would be a great project.

Alright, cool enough. Glad it fit in well. Since I wrote it without that knowledge I'll say he was unaware of the evacuation. Too low on the totem pole and all that.

Alrighty, working on thins and I found a few Hiccups!

    RESOURCES:

Zap Dynamic - You list Wine as a [Great] Resource in your main post, but I don't see how it came to be that way. Can you alliviate this conundrum?

Aeternus - You list meat as a resource, but what animal is the meat from?

    3

    RULERS:

Aeternus - I don't have an age for your ruler as of yet.

ImperatorV - I don't have an age for your ruler as of yet.

Thunderfist12 - I don't have an age for your ruler as of yet.

Arkosia - I don't have an age for your ruler as of yet.

Chacmon - I don't have an age for your ruler as of yet.

Also, if anyone would like to keep track of their own family tree (since I won't be doing it anymore) you can make one here really easily, and list the date of birth for each person, and I can just link it. I can help people who need help with linking it. I'll likely have to put that in the FAQ after I do.

Here's the people who I don't have a family tree for:

    Aeterus
    BladeOfOblivion
    Percy
    THEchanger
    Arutha
    Silver_Ablaze
    Samburke
    Silverbit
    avr
    ImperatoV
    Chief
    C'nor
    Chacmon

Again, the family tree is not really required, but it sure makes keeping track of your rulers ages, families, and such a heck of a lot easier.

    3

    NATION POSTS:

There's still quite a few nations that haven't reformatted their nation posts to regularize them. Here's the original post so people who might have missed it can see it.

Here's the list of people that haven't switched over yet:

    Chacmon
    WaylanderX
    C'nor
    Arkhosia
    Chief
    ImperatorV
    avr
    Silver_Ablaze
    Arutha
    Tychris
    THEChanger
    Percy
    BladeOfObliviom
    Aeternus

    Thanks folks!

Thanks for catching that! Originally my first action was to improve the wine from [Good] to [Great], and I changed quite a few things. I think I've got them all changed back to normal now.

Really good point. I'm thinking I'll end up hosting the Games once every 2-3 turns anyway, so there's always next time! I like the idea of a standing diplomatic get-together.

Marked as such in the post above. Thanks for that!

Alright, I've updated the first post and I believe I've added the countries and resources to all tables and things. I've also added a Round Posting section for the Stat increases in the Leadership page. Note that these increases will occur on the monday after each round.

Yo! Just so everyone is aware, the curiosity vs. diplomacy debate for my fourth action is now irrelevant. Crima is coming to the games (we'll take care of the diplomacy there), and my fourth action will be refined to be a solidly Curiosity-based action.

And now I'm also sending everyone BATS! You know, just in case anybody's a huge fan of Chiroptera or something.

For srs, though, I caught myself wondering what the heck I should use my resource for and what would be historically appropriate. And then I remembered that this is a fantasy worldbuilding game and decided to do something weird.

Who needs cliche medieval tripe without some variation, amirite?

Guano makes for excellent fertilizer, which, in turn allows us to convince Morph we should get a bigger population increase. Also, bats are a Criman delicacy, and are religious and cultural items. Oh, and courier bats.

Nah, I'm just kidding. Bats have a lot of uses! They can be trained to "sing", they can be used to hunt at night in much the same way that a falcon can be used to hunt during the day, they can be eaten if washed thoroughly, they can be trained to carry notes like a messenger pigeon, and their droppings make for amazing crop fertilizer.

Also, Crima's pretty much what happens when you take the Caliphate of Andalus, the Mongol Empire, and a few of the Great Plains Native American tribes and throw them all in a blender together. The bat is a prominent trickster spirit among the latter.

EDIT: Aand ninja'd. Also, darn you! You uncovered our secret plan to appeal to the Heartwaste by embracing a symbol of one of their subcultures! How could you possibly know about that?!

Their height and build is about as varied as humans in any real-world culture, so I'll say "average." Same for hair and eye color, but this record of the royal family will give concrete examples. The most distinguishing feature of any Raaneki over 16 is their tattoos. Raaneki tattoos chronicle the personality, achievements, and promises of a Raaneki, and are a mix of calligraphy and abstract designs that are indecipherable to the layperson.

Soon, Raaneki in their homeland will dye their skin in addition to tattooing themselves, and will look a lot like this (not 100% SFW...Body paint and a lot of gold leaf).

Because their culture prefers nudity to clothes, Raaneki outside their homeland tend to wear the bare minimum for the community standard, and prefer light, sheer fabrics.

Because their culture prefers nudity to clothes, Raaneki outside their homeland tend to wear the bare minimum for the community standard, and prefer light, sheer fabrics.

Let me know if you need anything else!
Thanks! Since it seems all over the board with regards to physical descriptors, I'll go with typical Bordeusi people, tall and red-haired, but with blue eyes, with the typical Raaneki style of dress.
EDIT: Also made most of my nobility think the half-Raaneki are barely better than prostitutes. So, that won't come back to bite me, right?

So as long as we don't do any real actions worthy things/Don't send our rulers we can attend the games for free? If so I will be sending Krick and Virmiscus there so that they can get out of the house and stop playing Mouse Trap show off the martial prowess of the Sympol race.

Alrighty, updated! I thought that was just for your 3 originals, didn't realize it carried over to other resources.

Question, how are you getting Crima's horses, since they're already trading that to the other three nations, as part of their Union?

Well, you will be by the end of the round. I won't be adding that till then. Just in case something changes.

Since Elemental also has horses, Blade is only technically needing to send horses to me. Elemental sends it to Percy. So that leaves Blade and Elemental to do what they want with 2 units of horses.
EDIT: And it should be assumed Elemental is sending his salt when he gets it to our four regions.
