Re: Fae Werewolf III: Faerie-ly Confusing
Wait, I missed banjo's FC point. Hmmm... I'll
change my ghost vote to a Random Person andbring it back up to a tie! The good thing about being dead is that I can't be killed for being suspicious and changing my vote all the time!
Edit: Or ninja'd by FC to still not make it a tie. So... I'll keep it on Aventine.Last edited by Count Dingdong; 2014-03-21 at 12:54 AM.

Re: Fae Werewolf III: Faerie-ly Confusing
Okay, on reflection, shots in the dark don't serve anyone. I change my vote to no lynch likewise. Hopefully with time patterns will emerge that can direct voting. If nothing else, there are still three roles out there who can gather information gradually - they ought by degrees to resolve a picture. Also, I don't want the impression of the group going into a week of forum shutdown to be that I'm pointing randomly.
If I creep into your house in the dead of night and strangle you while you sleep, you probably messed up your grammar.

No lynch, I suppose. If I had time to look through and see who wasn't playing, I would.

Re: Fae Werewolf III: Faerie-ly Confusing
If that's so, is there really a reason to bother lynching people during the day at all?
Because the Ghosts just became the most influential members in the game. We know what their allegiance is, and they are completely safe as a Side spokesman. Everyone can just pm them their roles, and they can start trying to entangle it. Heck, it might be worth eliminating another person on your side to get another pair of eyes to start analysing the data and sorting the liars from the friends. They can influence the game in a less firm but much wider way than any seer starting out.
Add that to Lex's hinting about teams within teams and possible secret win conditions that might entail, and well, I welcome some input here.

People can... Also lie, you know?
And they can't vote to lynch, they can vote to nullify other votes. So there's that, too.

Retracting my point at FC and instead voting for no lynch. Two nights of scries, kills and banes might give us something to work with before we start randomly flaying people.

Re: Fae Werewolf III: Faerie-ly Confusing
Day 1
Throughout the kingdom, Fae and Human alike all began to stir. They yawned, stretched, and wiped the sleep from their blurry eyes. Then they began to blink. Sleep? They looked around, everyone looking at those around them, to see if the were the only one sleeping during the day.
But no one was found to be awake. And thankfully, none were found dead either.
SpoilerNo Lynch was lynched. It was a No Lynch.

Re: Fae Werewolf III: Faerie-ly Confusing
Night Over. Narration Soon.
- - - Updated - - -
{REMINDER: A lot of you didn't vote during the night. Remember, not only do you have powers, but you all can vote (even to No Lynch, if you want) who to Night Kill.}
Night 1
The Slayer once again donned his black cloak and slipped out of his home, unnoticed by any. He was on the hunt, looking for anyone suspicious. Someone who looked as if they might be plotting.
Around midnight, he found a young man leaning against a building, looking up at the moon silently. There was an aura about him, something the slayer couldn't explain, and so he watched him. The young man soon grew tired of holding up the brick wall, and began walking further into the darkness.
The slayer drew his blade, soon he'd have another victim. Another bloody knife to add to his collection. As he drew closer to the young man, there came a growl from behind. The Silent Slayer froze, turning only his head to get a look at what it was behind him.
But even this was too much movement. The Silent Slayer reacted on instinct, turning in time to catch the great mass of gray fur that was upon him. He dropped his blade, opting instead to catch the paws of the beast that was upon him. His intended victim fled, not wishing to get caught up in this particular battle.
Unfortunately for the Silent Slayer, the paws of a wolf are not what you should be afraid of. He quickly realized his mistake, when the jaws of Antressa the Familiar snapped at his throat. Pulling his feet up, the Silent Slayer shoved her away before she could latch onto anything vital. But the reprieve was only momentary, as Antressa leapt again at the Crown's killer.
The Silent Slayer dove for his blade, grabbing in just as Antressa bit deep into his other shoulder. With a silent scream of pain, the voiceless Slayer began to thrust his blade deep into the flank of his nemesis.
Antressa, not one to die easily, released his shoulder and latched onto something more vital. With a mighty twist and tug, she ripped the throat out of her killer, collapsing on top of him. With her last heaving breathe, she found some comfort in knowing she'd killed at least one of her foes.
Spoiler: The Wolf(Legato Endless) died of multiple stab wounds from the Slayer (Vote Kill). (S)He was Antressa the Familiar.
Spoiler: The Silent Slayer(Tom the Mime) had his throat ripped out by Antressa the Familiar (Beast Killed). He was The Slayer.
Elsewhere within the city, Theresa Phantum was inspecting her latest fashion accessory. It was a beautiful gown of light blues and greens in swirling patterns, with silver running throughout. It was light and airy, but best of all, it didn't look like armor. No one would suspect that this beautiful gown would protect someone from a Night Kill.
Unfortunately, before Theresa could don the protective garment, Usurpers busted through her door. With hatred in their eyes, the ran the young fae through.
Spoiler: Theresa Phantum(ThePhantom) was killed (Vote Kill) while inspecting her dress of armor. (S)He was The Forger.

Re: Fae Werewolf III: Faerie-ly Confusing
On the plus side, I was right in that Legato was an enemy (and hopefully about my other target even though they survived) and slightly more likely to be a beast (hence having targets that way round even if I didn't think it that likely). On the down side, no-one else voted so I got the beast to the face. Still, had to go for it given that the longer the game goes, the bigger the scry advantage the Usurpers will get, given that the Crown seer is dead.
Also, I already sent a message to BasketofPuppies through Lex but I'll say it here and expand too. Sorry about the night 0 kill given the happenings you've had in other games. The only other game I think we were both in recently was Cat Fight and I saw that night 1 kill after I'd submitted my kill here already. I was also going with the fact that my character had been killed by having ferrets burrow out from his stomach in the previous game so going after the basket of small mammals seemed like the thing to do.

familiar is listed as a wolf role
which would seem like a rather silly move on the seers partLast edited by otakuryoga; 2014-04-07 at 06:17 PM.
