There have been times when I looked at old threads and saw that one (or more) player had deleted all of their posts in a scene. At least, that's what I hope happened, because otherwise there are apparently normal posters interacting with someone who only exists in their head, for pages and pages and pages.

After talking to Morty though, he's told me there's very little chance MERC would accept the mission simply because of the possible relation to an Apocalypse.

So...well, I don't know how to handle the issue now and wanted to get your opinions. Especially since I know that Ark and MadHatter have something they want to start as well. I just don't believe it'd be appropriate to pause the scene for another month which is why I've brought this to OOC.

And that is why the scene stopped in the afternoon. The mirelurk is getting shot at but not dying. It is your kill. You just have to bring a character there to get into the scene. Cross fire at another MERC trying to steal the kill is an option.

And no, you'd lose your MERC membership if you attacked another member in a job. I'm fairly sure the rules of the place say that. So if Krayger knew someone took the job and didn't ask for backup he wouldn't have bothered showing up.
So yeah, with no disrespect I'd rather not enter a scene specifically to steal another PC's kill when my character wouldn't do that and the other player wasn't aware. Valia can finish it off herself I'm sure. If I recall she likes carrying heavy-caliber firearms.

Alright, the Waterway Sabotage/City of Chaos plot is going to be started now!

Arrangements have been maid in chat and everything's all worked out, no toe stepping.

The plans slightly been altered. Due to the sheer size of the city, it's been brought to my awareness that just one plant wouldn't do much at all. So parties of goons lead by the Harlequin Crew will simultaneously strike Treatment Plants around Inside.

About half of the Red Zone populace will become infected and start seeing monsters, burning buildings, and going generally insane for 24 hours.

About a third of the Yellow Zone will become infected.

And only about a fifth of the rest of Inside will become infected, so players who don't wish to participate can choose for their characters to be away.

The hallucinogen is a special brew created by a merging of a very powerful hallucinogenic drug, and a potion of Rage. The brew would affect any who ingested the invisible and tasteless drug, but any Dispel Magic spell would remove the affects.

The drug will cause it's host to see horrifying apparitions and monsters, and will also cause the host to feel incredibly aggressive and violent, a non-fatal mixture...

But when around others, injury and death is expected.

Alright, so. Hallucinagen Plot started as well as the Kill ReinholdtBaby plot.

I've spoken with Wolfbane, Slii, and a few others involved about it all, but please if there's something you see that's bothering you feel free to tell me and I'll try to help.

To give an easy overview of what's occurring...

Gargoyles are attacking a large population in Inside.

Inside Civilians infected by the Hallucinogens are running about killing eachother and torching buildings.

The place has become very, very dark due to Jack's casters.

Five Water Treatment Plants have been attacked and the workers have been killed.

The Overview for The College of Science has been ruined, and many rich investors have been killed horribly.

The Captain and a group of his crew have lured innocent civilians into a courtyard by Lotus Gardens to brutally slaughter and turn them, attracting Jezzebell and Lotus Garden Members in the process. (I know Morty's looking for something for Wenomir to do, so why not have him come down to fight Clegg?)

BlackByre, Clegg's Caster, is targeting Caelynn of The Lotus Garden with a Command spell, and having her kill her own child.

All this is occurring at the same time.

Well, as far as the drawing Jezebel out thing, you might have asked if I was interested? This is the first I've heard of it.

Mostly I'm just starting to feel real burned out by things(RL as well as RP) and would simply prefer to be asked about scenes I might get dragged into before they happen.

EDIT: I'm not objecting to the scene, I'd just like to know why it's happening.

@FD33: What demons? How would Jezebel be involved? Sadly I can't keep track of everything in every thread, so I really have no clue what you're talking about.

*pokes head back into OOC* Hi everyone. I should do a bit of clearing up here before things get out of hand.

@Hatter: The Lotus Gardens are in Riverside, specifically part of new Southside, so it's unlikely that Clegg performing his stunt in Inside would get him many of them. It could easily get him a lot of greedy Inside NPCs there though.

So if you're wanting to draw Jezebel's attention, rather than cause general havoc with Clegg, that half of your post should be moved to Riverside and edited to reflect that it's not in Inside anymore. But first you should talk with Wolfy and see if he has the energy to be involved in a disturbance this large.

And once again, thanks to everyone who's participated in the #gitpnexus IRC chat and shown its usefulness. It's a fraction of the population of OOC, but it's getting things done already.
