I need help making a character that can cure and prevent anything, have at it.

Cleric and wizard, basically. Clerics have access to just about all the spells in the game which cure status ailments, and wizards can prevent just about anything as well.

If you want both, either go theurge or play a spell-to-power erudite and spend resources on acquiring divine spells as arcane ones.

And if you just want to cure yourself of just about everything, Iron Heart Surge is a maneuver from Tome of Battle that will do it, but it's self-only, and it doesn't work if you're unable to act, so it's a bit more limited than "everything." But it's close.
