Is the Stormlord PrC horribly written, or am I miss reading it?
According to the chart on pg 66 of Complete Divine, a level 10 Stormlord gets Elemental Conflagration, however the text says it gets Storm of Elemental Fury. Am I missing something, or is this badly written?

The charts wrong — it's quite common.
π = 4
Consider a 5' radius blast: this affects 4 squares which have a circumference of 40' — Actually it's worse than that.

It's not poor writing, it's poor editing. The Stormlord PrC first appeared in the 3.0 book Faiths and Pantheons. The text was updated in CD but that element of the table was not. The PrC gets Elemental Fury, not Elemental Conflagration.
