Default Ultimate Theurge (Please PEACH, WIP)

Introduction: One of the things that has always bugged me about all the theurge classes is, as all the prestige classes in D & D cap out at ten levels, it isn't possible for a mystic theurge (or similar class) to gain more than 7th level spells without taking further levels of the original base class. Either mystic theurge (and similar classes) need to go to 15 levels, or they need to take another prestige class, which also allows dual progression.
So, without further ado, here is the ultimate theurge prestige class!

    Hit die
    d4.

    Requirements
To qualify to become a ultimate theurge, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.

    Skills
18 ranks in two of the following Knowledge skills: Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (psionics), Knowledge (religion) or Knowledge (the planes). They must be the same skills that were used to qualify for the theurge class.

    Feats
Whatever is required to qualify for the original prestige class.

    Spellcasting
Ability to cast 7th-level spells (or manifest powers) in at least one of the classes required for the theurge prestige class.

    Special:
Must have taken all ten levels of mystic theurge (or a similar prestige class) in order to take the first level of this feat.

    Class Features

All of the following are Class Features of the ultimate theurge prestige class.

    Weapon and Armor Proficiency

ultimate theurges gain no proficiency with any weapon or armor.

    Spellcasting
At every level, a ultimate theurge gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if she had also gained a level in whatever spellcasting class to which she belonged before she added the prestige class level. She does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If she had more than one spellcasting class before becoming a ultimate theurge, she must decide to which class she adds each level for the purpose of determining spells per day and spells known. (Note: If the character has one (or more) classes that do not have spellcasting (such as psionics or invocations) the GM should substitute (name of ability) for spellcasting ability.

    5th level- Bonus (epic) feat
At 5th level, the ultimate theurge gains a bonus feat. If the character meets all the prerequistes (including being at epic level) this may be an epic feat.

That table looks horribly abusable to me- you could take your level in Wizard and your level in Cleric, or you could just take two levels of Wizard. You get the 7th level Divine spells you want, swap to this PrC, and catch up on the missing Wizard levels. You should probably have it more like "+1 level of existing arcane spellcasting class/+1 level of existing divine spellcasting class".

It probably needs to be more like +1 to one spellcasting class/+1 to another spellcasting class, rather then making the type specific.

Thanks for the feedback Socksy & JBPuffin! I have changed the last cell on each line as a result.
