Okay, perhaps more of a summary is needed. If you look at the Class and Geekery thread, you will notice that there has been a continuous argument over whether or not ID allows Tarquin to catch the arrows. The arguments against are based off whether or not he can let go of the side of the boat off his turn and whether or not he can catch arrows while climbing.
