You don't have to sum up the arguments in one thread, all we have to do is pose the question: By RAW is it possible for Tarquin to catch arrows the way he does, especially in 936?

Okay, perhaps more of a summary is needed. If you look at the Class and Geekery thread, you will notice that there has been a continuous argument over whether or not ID allows Tarquin to catch the arrows. The arguments against are based off whether or not he can let go of the side of the boat off his turn and whether or not he can catch arrows while climbing.

I did take a look at that, and it mostly seems to be people ignoring the actual wording of the feats to make "logic" based arguments instead.
