Gear (if any important pieces): A hood or a fedora is on his head at all times. He sometimes uses a knife
Appearance (Original and/or current): He originally had silver hair, and black clothes. He always wears a black hood or fedora. Sometimes, he is surrounded by mist.
Currently, he is the same, except he has silvery wings.
Personality: He is usually kind, though he can be angered, and can get violent.
Short Bio (if wanted): He is a teenager who was born in Ah-Vatar. He has lived his whole life there, and is now used to the changes.

Name: Kendall Kerrigan
Age: 120-ish (Young adult)
Race: Normally elf
Gender: Female
Place of Origin: Some elven place outside of Ah-vatar.
Powers/Magic: She's basically a (Int based) bard.
Gear (if any important pieces): Nothing in particular.
Appearance (Original and/or current): She usually has long red hair that she tends to braid and tie off with a purple ribbon and purple eyes, but this is all liable to change at least a little with the theme.
Personality: Kendall is usually a nice, if quiet and reserved, person. She keeps to herself, and doesn't seem to have many friends. She is often seen with her nose in a book, or writing in a notebook, seemingly paying no attention to her surroundings. She's shy, but highly intelligent and curious. She also tends towards cynicism due to everything she's observed. People usually aren't the hero's that are in story books.

Short Bio (if wanted): Kendall grew up with a nice life. An older brother who went off and became an adventurer, a mother who was a healer and a father who was a teacher. Kendall herself had, and still has a fascination with stories, so her brother's bragging of his adventures to Kendall often went down on paper as she wrote them into a book.
This love of stories is probably what brought her to Ah-vatar when it showed up in her world. A part of the world that changes regularly to different amazing things? Imagine what wonderous stories such an atmosphere would produce. Though she came intending to be an observer only, she of course changed now as well and is instead an active participant.

Place of Origin: Pathfinder World
Powers/Magic: level 12 Hexcrafter Magus
Gear (if any important pieces): Usually has violet robes, a silk hat, and silver Rapier Currently has clothing made of flower petals and leaves, and a sharpened bone knitting needle.
Personality: Considers helping her friends in ways they would appreciate her ultimate calling in life, and believes evil acts done for the sake of helping others to be neutral at worst. Not usually a leader, but is willing to take the role if others wish her to.
Short Bio (if wanted):
Maetheline grew up in a rather happy childhood and attended a school for Magi, before being kidnapped by a coven of hags her fourth year. She escaped her fate as food for the hags by helping them cook instead, and they took her in as an apprentice, where she learned various hexes and curses. Her adventuring career began when an enterprising young knight recruited her for his party from jail, where she was being held after being arrested for consorting with the enemy (the hags), and continued even after the party broke up on the completion of their quest.
On her off-time from adventuring, Maethel can't help but assist old couples with their housekeeping, and as a result, she is welcome in homes all over the continent.
((I left out the bit about her powers, since they no longer really apply. Safe to say, she traded most of her feats and Magus Arcana for hexes.))

Place of Origin:some forest that used to be outside Ah-Vatar
Powers/Magic:some sort of druidic magic, is able to communicate with animals
Gear (if any important pieces):a wooded staff that's sprouting leaves and flowers and has a wooden bird on top

Personality: Lycunadari is a very dreamy person. Ze can spend hours just sitting in a tree listening to birds singing and doing nothing. Ze's very kind and sensitive person and would never hurt anyone without a very good reason. Some might even call hir naive. Ze doesn't mind other people but as ze often has trouble understanding the motives of others ze tends to prefer the company of animals and plants. Ze is also fiercely protective of hir animal friends.
Short Bio (if wanted):Lycunadari used to live in a forest and got stuck in Ah-Vatar during a change that made hir home forest disappear. Since then she lives in Ah-Vatar's park. Ze doesn't remember much from the time in the forest.

Powers/Magic: a master swordsman, with a small knowledge of magic (mostly just summoning items that he's intimately familiar with, such as his clothes and swords)

Personality: friendly, but shy. Leon takes a long time to get used to people, and he is very closed in. he still barely knows the people of the town, and rarely talks to them

Personality: Always curious to learn new things, she is friendly and willing to help the townsfolk however she can. She's not always entirely confident in her powers and would much rather look things up in her books and double check that she's got everything right instead of making hasty decisions.
Short Bio: Anna was apprenticed to the local wizard who has gone missing in search of the mysterious cause of Ah-Vatar's constant shifts (which have been happening as long as Anna can remember). She has inherited his tower and the rather large library contained within which she uses to continue her wizard studies and to help the townspeople to puzzle their way through each change.

Appearance (Original ): Handsome, athletic, but not outstanding in any way. Brown hair and eyes, now has grown out his hair and beard to hide his features.
Appearance ( current): He is now appears as a Skyrim elven warrior, fair and graceful
Personality: Dutiful, honorable, willing to suffer to do the right thing. He is ignorant but not stupid, believing strongly in what he is taught (example: baths are bad because people who bathe in the river get sick)
Short Bio (if wanted): Rutger is the loyal son of a disloyal Baron. He refused to rebel against his King and yet refused to capture his father. Thus he was disowned by his father, and branded rebel by his king. Now he wanders the land incognito, known only as the Scarlet Knight, looking to win honor so when the day comes, he can restore his name.
