Ways to increase movement speed

I would like to know every spell, item, feat, and ability that dramatically improves running speed in D&D 3.5 as well as Pathfinder.

Please Exclude Haste, Longstrider, Expeditious retreat, and the Run feat.

I think that what you want is the lists of stuff, specifically the part about movement speeds. I can't tell if there's information on stuff that specifically applies only to run speed, but this is should be sufficient for most purposes.
