    Default Denying Dex Bonus

Apart from Pinning someone and using the Steadying Position Feat are there any other ways to cancel out someone's Dex bonus?

Can you do if you flank someone?

I am looking at ways of getting talents such as Dastardly Strike to work.

Feinting, and all the feats and talents that make it faster/easier/boosting Deception.
    Trick Step.
    Attacking from Stealth/Concealment/both
More where that came from :)

Galaxy at War has the Backstabber talent, which lets you count an opponent you're flanking as flatfooted for one attack per turn. It has Sneak Attack as a prerequisite.

I'd recommend the Trick Step talent (scoundrel, from the Rebellion Era book) or the feat Combat Trickery (from the Unknown Regions book). Both have low/no prerequisites, and essentially let you take a feint-like action with 1-2 swift actions.
