Blood Mage Base Class 3.5- PEACH

This summer I decided to try my hand at creating a class. I searched other forums and didn't find anything that was exactly what I thought the blood mage should be so I created this.

I was hoping to get feedback about if it is broken/under-powered and any suggestions the community might have for this class. I would also like some suggestions on what the spell list should be because I don't want it to share the entire list that a wizard or sorcerer would have. I appreciate any feedback even if you feel the class is very very bad. I'm here to learn.
