This should probably be moved to the 3.5/PF/d20 subforum.

    - Nagaji and Vishkanya are both based on snakes, as are Ophiduans if you allow 3rd-party psionics stuff.
    - Strix and Merfolk are part-bird and part-fish, respectively.
    - Catfolk and Ratfolk/Nezumi are... well, you know
    - Marruspawn are dog-men with an Anubis look.
    - Kobolds are mini-dragon-men.
    - Vanara are monkey-men.
    - Hadozee are ape-men.
    - Darfellans are orca-men.

Sahuagin are another type of fish people.
    Bog giants are frog people.
Flinds might be their own thing or a type of gnoll.
    Driders are spider people.
    Thri-Kreen are insect people.
    Jackal Lords are jackal people.
Xerfilstyx are slug people, although they aren't humanoids (they're devils)
    Jackalweres are also jackal people.
Khaastas appear to be dinosaur people from the picture.
Maelephants are elephant people, but again, they're fiends.

    Bullywugs - frog people

    Grippli - tree frog people

    Locathah - neutral fish people

Kuo Toa - subterranean fish people

    Sahuagin - more fish people

Kenku - raven people or hawk people depending on what edition (I know actual mythology connects them to ravens, but the hawk version in the fiend folio is cooler looking than the raven-headed type)

    Aarakocra - bird people

Crab men - just what they sound like

Orcs- sometimes depicted as pig people, with pig snouts and tusks

Lizard men - just what they sound like

Troglodytes- stinky cave dwelling lizard men

Firenewts - fire breathing lizard men

    Gnolls - hyena/dog people

Flinds - lion people (or just bigger gnolls maybe)

    Formian -ant people

    Thri-Kreen -mantis people

    Wemic - lion centaurs

    Yuan Ti - snake people

I'm not counting all the shape-changers and lycanthropes

I came up with the harn, who are spiritual gorilla(-ish) people with stats much like ogres.

Bariaurs? Centaur-like goat people of the planes.

How about bugbears? Were-creatures don't count, right?

There's likely a whole slew of creatures specific to certain settings. Dark Sun has dray (half-dragons), and gith (yet another lizard race)

As it happens I've just been going through all the 3.x compatible bestiaries I can find looking for Serpent folk of various sorts. I've compiled lists of all the available stat blocks for Serpentfolk and Yuan-ti, but also various miscellensious snakey creatures which might be of interest.

    Assatth Creature Collection 12
Lyngbakr Giant Creatures of Freeport 99
    Hanya Hag Oriental Adventures 166
    Ophidian Fiend Folio 133
    Slig Bestiary of Krynn 95
    Slig Brigand 95
    Somat Nyambe 226
    Rokuro Kubi Oriental Adventures 191
Fiendish Medusa Fortress of the Yuan Ti 49
Nar Taban Creatures of Rokugan 88
    Savant Hydra Creature Collection 104
    Vishkanya Bestiary 3
    Shimonen Naga Oriental Adventures 173
Time is but a pattern in the currents of causality,
an ever changing present that determines our reality,
the past we see as history, the future seed with prophecy,
and all the time we think on time our time is passing constantly.
