Based on my answer to Strawberryman regarding the same question (on AIM a long time ago before you'd left the game), this bunch of Hollows has about 2.23% of triumphing over Masaru. If you want a canonical comparison, it's a bit like when Renji attacked Byakuya. (That fight ended near instantly after the latter invoked his Bankai.)

EDIT: Kuroi, in case you missed it, the other people at Command want to know what to do with the other awakened Sin Rostro Momoka pinned down on their doorstep.

Fun fact: the phenomenon with the twinkling lights described in Ryouma's move is known as diamond dust. Which is also the name of his move. Except it's written in kanji as opposed to katakana, so, pronounced differently.

Of course the Arrancar is making assumptions based on general behaviour of Menos, since it doesn't know specific behaviour of this one. It would freely admit so, if Sarah would actually ask.

"Menos" can refer to any of the three subclasses, though in this case the Arrancar is thinking it either Gillian or Adjuchas. It's clearly not a normal mindless Gillian, and there are additional assumptions & deductions it can make of that, but those are not something it would reveal to Sarah in its "Hueco Mundo for dummies" lecture.

@Frozen_Feet: Regarding your earlier comments about the fight with Masaru, putting aside my disagreement about the chances of these Hollows vs the chances of Renji against Byakuya (don't really feel like hashing that out), are you basically trying to say that Masaru "has" to go Bankai to beat them? If it's not clear I'm trying to have him avoid going Bankai willy-nilly (I recognize that trope can get a bit wearisome), and instead rely on skill, variety, experience, etc.
But if the only way to finish this fight before 2017 RL-time is to go Bankai, then I'll do that.
