Animate Dead

A LN cleric animates three small creatures into zombies.

In a battle with a CE cleric, the CE cleric can attempt to control those zombies, correct?

And if so, can the LE cleric then attempt to turn them?

I think the answers are yes and yes, but I want to make 100% sure I have it correct.

Yes the CE cleric can try to Rebuke/Control them and if the LN Cleric chose to Turn/Destroy then yes he could turn his own creations, though a LN cleric that plans on making undead with usually Rebuke/Control for this precise reason.
