A 218 Bothering a creature, say by botching a diplomacy check, can reduce them to from helpful to indifferent, for example. If you wish someone to be your enemy (for rules reasons many abilities only work on foes or enemies) then bother them.

A living spell created from an augury spell has no intelligence score and can reasonably be called 'stupid'.

Bane's tyranny is known throughout the continent, and his is the image most seen as the face of evil. When news of Bane's destruction during the Time of Troubles made its way throughout Faerūn, no fewer than twenty-seven nations declared national festivals of celebration and thanksgiving.

A 226: Knowledge: Arcana can be used to learn about "magic traditions" (PHB 78), while Knowledge: Local is used for "customs" and traditions" (PHB 78). In the Calendar of Harptos, during Midwinter nobles and monarchs greet the halfway point of winter, and common folk enjoy the celebration a bit less and call it Dead-winter Day. (FRCS 77). Midwinter occurs at the end of the month of Hammer (FRCS 77). Common folk would be able to know about this day if they succeed on a Knowledge check with a DC no higher than 10 if they are untrained (if it is common knowledge - PHB 78).

A 228: Exactly one full round's worth of actions in any given period of six seconds.

A 229: An acceptable Orc name, based on the linguistic characteristics of examples provided in the PHB.

A 230: Nowhere. Neither of the deities representing the Time domain (Amaunator or Labelas Enoreth) also represent the Travel domain.

A 231: Creatures seeking immortality include Liches, some dragons, vampires, and many other forms of undead. Many undead lose their free will and therefore do not "want" anything.

A 232: "That" is a relatively unambiguous pronoun, determiner, adverb, or conjunction that is not the source of most confusion in rules.

A234Zone of Truth only weeds out deliberate and intentional lies, implying that only declarative sentences are possible lies. Your question can't be false because it does not deliberately misrepresent any facts, so it must be true.

A 238: Yes. A DC 10 knowledge check tells you at least something about something, so for me not to know anything I would need a -10 knowledge penalty from somewhere, or infinitely many bad die rolls.

A 239: Probably. A DC 30 knowledge check will answer even the hardest questions, so someone with a +11 - easily available at first level - in the appropriate knowledge skill will be able to find out about it.
