A 35 Definitely not. Almost every other race has advantages over humans including longer lifespans, ability to see in the dark, possibly even magic resistance. Some of the particularly superior races even have a leval adjustment to reflect this obvious superiority. Humans do get an extra feat and extra skill points, but it is strongly implied that this reflects a sort of burning ambition that seems related to their shorter life spans. In other words, humans are out to prove something, reflecting how inferior they feel to the other races.

Osmium is a transition metal with a density of 22.59 g/cm³, the greatest of any naturally occurring element. One cubic foot of osmium breaks 1400 pounds, but only barely. Approximately 2.5 cubic feet of osmium would end up being more than 3500 pounds, being not only so heavy that Boccob could not lift it, but so heavy that he could not move it by any means without resorting to tools or magic.

But that's not using his full creation abilities, not by a long shot. Boccob's divine rank is 17. That means that a single use of Create Greater Object can produce up to 479,484 pounds of solid osmium in one go. Boccob's realm, however, is in the Outlands, a divinely morphic plane. Thus, the volume he can create is tripled, allow the production of 1,438,452.6 pounds of osmium, all in one chunk (incidentally, that is enough to kill a lot of catgirls). Without resorting to spellcasting or the Alter Reality power, Boccob isn't moving this rock anytime soon.

However, the Tarrasque could. As a Colossal creature with 45 Strength, it can push or drag 1536000 pounds of material, just barely enough (even Strength of 44 would not be great enough to move it). Proof that Tarrasque > God.

Well, Create Greater Object is a salient divine ability. So it's not a spell, nor is it an SLA or (Su); it functions in an AMF, and ignores SR. They certainly don't seem like (Ex), but they're divine powers rather than spells. It's not actually clearly defined what they are, but they're described as being similar to feats.
