Good quality meals, which cost 5 GP per day, differ from common-quality meals, which cost 3 SP per day, primarily by the inclusion of pastries or other desserts. Extrapolating from this, a single dessert should cost in the vicinity of 2 GP. Thus, what you would do for a Klondike bar would be to pay 2 GP, or to render other products or services of equivalent value.

A120. Perform (dance) covers all varieties of dance. You don't need anyone to teach it to you, you simply put ranks in it. However the DMG has optional rules on training where you may need downtime and/or gold to give to a trainer who teaches you the skills you gain when you level. Likewise there are fudge rules where if you put in your backstory or roleplay learning the dougie, the DM may choose to give you a +2 to bonus to perform (dance) checks related to the dougie.

This one is kinda sad because there are 3 rules for it and this really is how it works. Sad in that there are obscure rules for every tiny little thing and they aren't organized anywhere near each other. Covering everything is good I suppose. That they are obscure and on multiple different pages to address one 5 second comment by a player isn't good.

good quality meals are 5 SP, not GP, and your math is made correct by saying 5 SP - 3 SP = 2 SP, so the Klondike Bar is 2 SP (If you assume the Klondike Bar is the entire dessert.

Everyone can attempt to know something that is commons knowledge by beating a DC 10 check in the appropriate Knowledge skill. For a character to know things beyond common knowledge, he must beat the appropriate DC (15 for basic questions, or 20 to 30 for really tough questions) and have at least one rank in the relevant Knowledge skill.

    A 128
For the most part, the rules don't care what you eat, and that is left for DM's purview. However, some creatures MUST eat (Dragons, Aberrations, Oozes, Humanoids, Animals, Fey, Giants, Monstrous Humanoids, Plants, Vermin and Native Outsiders all must eat).

Sometimes, eating a particular food will give you benefits (such as the food from the Heroes' Feast spell) or might harm you (like eating Ingested poisons)

    However,
A99: Being as far as decided to use even go want to do look more like is not an action described in the Combat section of the PHB, nor is it described as a solution to an encounter in any WotC printed module. So while we cannot be absolutely certain, we can surmise that since WotC never planned for players to be as far as decided to use even go want to do more like, no one really has been. Still, we can never rule out the ingenuity of players to really be far as decided to use even go want to do look more like.

Have you taken into account other sources? Similarly, are there places that refer to technologies without specifically defining technology as a whole? I don't think we can actually be sure that those are the only technologies yet, though if language were one it would probably be there, as it's rather basic.

However, since there is a skill that grants you new languages, you could argue that as such, it is not a technology, it is a skill. But I'm not sure those are exclusive states.

Well ,weapons aren't a skill, they are items. So I'd conclude that all technology consists of items. That might require proficiency to use them.

Arguably a clock doesn't require proficiency to use. Though it would take a skill to repair it, likely Craft (Clockwork).

As would most of the other things on that list, so perhaps technology is an item that requires a skill to repair?
