3.0 magic item exp cost
So really quick, whats the formula for figuring out the exp cost of a magic item in 3.0? I'm trying to convert a class and I seem to have lost my dungeon master's guide for that version.
Gm: "Describe your characters personality."
Player: "Tinnitus."
