    Three more bots are downed by the your gunfire, but five more bots appear, and you finally spot a bright pink spritebot hiding in the Merry-Go-Round.

    Ajax's projectile bounces off the Hug Bot, denting it slightly. Hug Target Identified it beeps happily driving directly towards Ajax, ignoring Manco, Blank Slate, and Straight as it drives past them. It's uncomfortably close now, and it begins to rev up it's buzz saws.

    Meanwhile the sprite bots have not been idle, their gunfire falling like hail, managing to tag Gerry again, and clip Straight this time as well.

    Straight finished wrestling with his battle saddle, and brought it to bear on the spritebot winking in and out of the carousel. "I don't suppose you have a pulse grenade, do ya, Gerry?" Ptang! Ptang! "I feel like giving a robot a hug." Then, mindful of the risks with such a sentence, the pegasus took off to a safe height, out of melee distance.

    The Hug Bot chases after Ajax, ignoring everyone else, as the Pink Spritebot is blown to pieces by the good aim of Straight and Gerry. As soon as it is destroyed the other spritebots cease firing, and begin to play March of the Parasprites as they fly aimlessly around.

    Ajax was absolutely not expecting the Alicorn's magic, and, quite reasonably, was shocked when he felt himself being lifted off the ground and getting trailed behind the crazy pony in midair.

    Hug Bot withstood the barrage of gunfire from the team, and emerged battered but upright. For a few seconds, it looked like the fight was still on, but it's buzzsaws slowly petered out as it's last dregs of power faded. It finally crackled and began to smoke as some internal electronics caught fire.

    By now all of the Spritebots had flown away leaving the team alone in the destroyed park, with only the music hanging around.

    The chatter of gunfire and remembered adrenaline of combat subsided (real adrenaline having run dry over a century go when... Well... Let's just say she wasn't happy), the engineer began the work of plopping sprite bodies, whole, into his saddlebags before approaching the downed ponytron and rubbing his hooves.

    It was clear; he wouldn't move without a dissection but afterwards he could sit there for hours unless someone prodded him on.

    "I'm just gonna see what nifty gizmos mister -Tron has in his belly, what say? Ooh ho-ho-ho! I can't wait to get at the positronic brain..."

    There was actually very little left of the Spritebots after being shot. Despite having a means to defend themselves, they were never meant to fight, and a single bullet left little more then scraps.
