or something similar that incorporeal Deathless have. I would guess that an incorporeal paladin using their Smite Evil ability in conjunction with it, would apply full Smite damage.

Xykon's not technically Living, it must be said. I'd have to check BoED to see what the incorporeal Deathless template in that book gets.
