Pixie in the playground
I'm a pixie, Whyyyyyyyyyyy! How can I change this?
DM: In the corner of the room is a pile of rancid meat and some furs.
Rouge: Can we eat it? We couldn't afford rations.
Cleric: I have Purify food and drink.
DM: Did I say what kind of meat it was?
PCs: No. And?

Title is tied to post count. Once you hit 50 posts, you become a halfling in the playground, and things proceed generally along those lines, though not in 50 post increments, according to the titles listed in this post.

You might want to take a look at this sticky thread.
Short version: they correlate with your post count, and are here to add some flavor. They do not have any real function and you shouldn't post just to increase your post count.
