According to the alt text on this page he was in college in 1989, so probably like 20 years older than that? McNinja started in 2004, so... whoa he's at least 35 probably?
edit: Wait, Space savers takes place in 2010 So he's gotta be at least 40. Which means there's a hell of an age gap between him and his brother, who is still in High School...

There probably weren't any: as was told in this arc, they couldn't find a babysitter for many years. After this arc they probably decided that leaving kids with grandpa is an even worse idea then leaving them alone.

Well, the ninja inverse law can only be applied when there is a conflict, since it weights the number of ninjas on each side. As long as normal people don't enter a conflict with each other or with ninjas, we won't be able to tell the difference. Considering that ninja training should provide some advantage, the most educational would be a conflict with just the regular people performed with and without the outfits, so we have a nice control group.

Comic sans could simply be a stand-in for "I need a silly font and no I will not invent a new one simply because it's a parallel universe in the past." Think of all the other inventions that might end up slightly different in their world and what a headache it would be to track them all. Unless it's a dinosaur with a jetpack, oh well.

Traditionally ninjas were masters of disguise and blending in to common people. The obvious approach would be for Dr. McNinja to take off his mask and blend in with the kids. Then walk casually to his target, close door, kill quietly, walk out, leave none the wiser. But no, in this universe ninjas never remove their masks except as a last resort to assume a new identity. So naturally you disguise everyone else as ninjas.

Thats the sort of thing I can't possibly imagine going over well if it works and he gets his wife back instead of the standard frankensteins monster type creature.

Thats the sort of thing I can't possibly imagine going over well if it works and he gets his wife back instead of the standard frankensteins monster type creature.

No, it's never explained. Presumably Mad Gorilla Science just works that way.
