I think that King Radical would think that blowing up Gordito would definitely not be rad and I don't think that he would just blow up the clinic if he thought no one was there. He might assume that pirates or some of Doc's other enemies might do it, though. OTOH, he might be pissed enough to do unrad things.

Other than giving Gordito a slightly different reaction panel, it doesn't affect the storyline at all. I'm not sure what measure you're using for significance, though.

I don't mean significant in the story, I have given up trying to guess the significance of every plot point or specific twist in this comic . It's just the binary significance between gordito knowing it and gordito not knowing it, if you get what I mean. It doesn't affect the story at the slightest.

I'm actually a bit curious about why he said, "Surprisingly," I'll resist the temptation to say, "Now wait a minute!" though.

I actually only put Gordito in there to echo the previous comment, but it was a detail that I included, so that detail was wrong. If the goal was simply to get as many details as possible right, then it should count. (I didn't check the rules on the way in, so I don't know how Fri is scoring things.)

I think the way that Hastings did it was a bit funnier, too. The McNinjas behaved like ninjas to a ridiculous and annoying extreme, yet again. They were so secretive that they frightened the hell out of Gordito, rather than letting him know what they were going to do in advance. But yes, things should still work out the same, anyway.

Yeah, that's Ice Cream Cake. First seen in the short story Judy Gets A Kitten, eaten by Yoshi at the end of the story but spared by Mrs. Hasting's love. Next seen at the start of Space Savers with its eyepatch. Don't think we have seen it since then.

So McBonalds wants to finance a space program to escape away from King Radical. What are the odds that an astronaut will find a time portal in space?
