Healing undead. 3.5
Is there any feat that allows an undead to be healed with positive energy? or something similar?

Undead also benefit from most sources of healing that are not specifically positive energy effects. Most sources of fast healing work, as does a crusader's healing strikes/stance, and sources of temporary HP.
