How to contact someone with a full inbox

I want to send a PM to someone (specifically, Prime32), but his PM box is unfortunately full. I'd guess the right thing would be to poke him in a thread, but I'm not sure, and, more importantly, he doesn't seem to frequent any threads.

What should I do?

Go to his profile and select 'email this person'. If they accept emails, that's the only recourse.

Sheriff: This is correct. If the person has chosen not to be contacted by email, then there's nothing else you can do.

Don't go trying to poke people in threads for unrelated personal stuff, in any event. That's just spammy.
