As a cobra, I kill snakes. Seriously. Which would you prefer? One dead cobra, lots of live snakes, or one live cobra, lots of dead snakes?

He seems very irritated.

"I'd prefer ye went about killin' squirrels," exclaimed 'Squirrel-Hunter' McGee, levelling the barrel of his rifle against a fence post, taking a moment to sight, then pulling the trigger.

A black and brown squirrel whose head had been peeking up from between a split in the trunk of a tree was knocked back some thirty feet into the woods.

"Like 'im!" he near-shouted, for emphasis.

After reading everything I'm going to *point at Cobra_Ikari* I agree with Inky that his voting history so far seems suspicious.

Castaras twirls her gun, thinking.

There be some pretty good evidence for that cobra.

*Faerwain comes back from the wild ride chasing the train*
"It is really a shame for an educated mind how these criminals have not only no respect for the life of people, but also not to technical inventions that could bring us into a bright future. I believe we will have steam-driven cows and ships that can fly in 20 years! If inventors stop getting killed, that is.
However, this chase left me rather sweaty. Mister Zar Peter, would you take care of my cloth..."
He sees the broken-in laundry and the missing washtube and puts a hand over his eyes in disbelief.
"Now what is it with those people?!"
"And there's a snake in the saloon!!"*points at Cobra_Ikari*

[Hitchhiker]

Hitch nods silently and points at Cobra_Ikari. "Seeing as how Inky was right once before..."

((Sorry, won't be around in an hour to post. Won't be able to post great scene either. So I'm ending day an hour early....))

The points pile up. At first they swing toward Eldritch Knight, but after he makes his defense, the points begin to swing at Corbra Ikari.

What do you mean kill snakes around here. Only snake is you!

But....but....FINE!

Cobra pulls out his gun, and a firefight ensues. Alas, he is not a great shot, and like in the A-Team, the bullets fly overhead and around the people he aims at, resulting in a lot of shots fired, and no one dead. The crowd grabs him and drags him over to the noose. The lever is pulled and Cobra Ikari is hung.

The crowd searches him, and finds the following.

Wanted: Cobra Ikari For his involvement in the shooting at the OK Corral. Anyone with any information on Cobra Ikari should contact their local Marshall. Reward 15 gold coins.

Cobra Ikari was hung. He was an Outlaw. Night begins.

Woo! Another Outlaw dead!

Castaras puts her gun away and heads for home.

*bleats happily as the second outlaw is killed then runs in Janusnori's guns go off*

Hitchhiker smiles slightly, then turns to head back to the inn, whistling softly.

((Hmm. Well, nice in killing me, although I'm rather unhappy that it was all off fabricated evidence. I never talked to Indy until he died, and many of you agreed with pointing at Kyrian and Shadow alongside me. *bows out*))

The Crazy Old Prospector staggers out of someone's root cellar.

"Whoo-EE! What's all the racket, fellers? You plumb near woke me up, disturbin' my sweet dreams of findin' a root cellar stock full o' moonshine."

He checks his pockets.

"Dad gum! It weren't no dream after all! Come on, Fluffers, we got some serious medicatin' to do before tomorrow morn!"

[Helgraf]

I tole ye all he were squirrely....

'Squirrel-Hunter' McGee grumbles and looks for a shaded wooden chair to sit and prop his rifle in.

"Goan t' get us that Kidd sooner or'n later, we will."

Night begins with the townspeople feeling particularly proud of themselves for offing another
Outlaw. The saloon is practically bursting at the seams with people. Good thing this is before the maximum capacity laws were enacted because it looks like everyone in town is enjoying some drink tonight.

Off in a corner, a handful of people are playing a particularly lively game of chance. The game appears to be 5-card stud and the pot for this hand has gotten pretty large. It seems everyone got dealt a good hand this time. Or so they would all have you believe.

When the betting is over, and Ms. Alarrabelle is finally called, she lays down her hand showing two pairs, Aces and 8's, all black cards - the Dead Man's hand. Or in this case, the Dead Woman's hand. As soon as the cards fall, the gentleman across the table jumps up and yells, "CHEAT!" showing his own Ace of Spades.

A look of shock and fear spread over Ms. Alarrabelle's face. "Well I NEVER, sirs!" Shots are fired and the saloon goes suddenly quiet. Ms. Alarrabelle slumps over the table, much to the surprise of those accusing her. They all look at their guns and swear that they didn't fire; they just wanted to scare her. (A perceptive few notice that yet another Ace falls out of the sleeve of the man who'd accused her of cheating. She had, it appears, been an honest one after all.)

A realization passes over the crowd. "Hey, if'n one o' them 'ad shot 'er, wouldn' she 'a' fallen t' other way?" One by one, each of the card players shows the crowd that indeed, each of their revolvers still has all six rounds in it. The crowd looks around in the direction the shots must have come from. Up on the second floor a door slams shut. The barkeep yells out that that room is supposed to be empty.

A few people closest to the stairs run up and knock the door in. The room is empty but the window is open. One of them pokes his head out the window only to see a pair of boots disappear around the corner. As they walk back out of the room, one of them notices a pair of dice on the railing. A pair of 1's. Snake Eyes. A warning?

The Outlaws killed Alarra. She was Reverend Jim, the night Baner.

Depressed by the loss of the Reverend, the town heads to bed. When they awaken the next morning, they look around. Immediately they notice that there is one more missing from their group. That guy who is always reading from that book. You know, the one who holds his thumb up along the highway when trying to get a ride on your covered wagon…..Hitchhiker.

You rush off to his place, and find him tied up and bound much like Zar Peter was yesterday. You help untie him, and ask what the bandits took.

They took my 2 gold coins, and my Guide to the Prairie!

Hitchhiker was robbed by the bandits. The bandits now have 40% of the town’s gold.

Night ends, Day begins.

So, just a little thinking: After knowing Alarras role I don't think EK has a role (she was quite sure about him) but she didn't know if Ink is guilty. Ink tried to start a bandwagon against EK, knowing there were some votes for him the day before (in fact, I voted for him after Ink started).
I will point at Ink, because I have no one else I could point at.

[Castaras]

Sooo...these people were trying to kill us all...and we weren't certain who was who...

She shrugs, adjusting her hat.

Might as well be Ink who is a bandit or outlaw. Could be Zar Peter there though as well. What do I know though. Heh.

She raises her gun and points it at Ink.

Now partner, who do ye claim ta be?

[Hitchhiker]

Hitch frowns as he stands and dusts himself off, looking disappointed at his loss of food. "There goes my dinner money..." He glances sullenly at his horse. "Well, feller, looks like you might not have oats for a long while." The horse snorts at the comment.
Looking towards the small bandwagon against Ink, he ponders for a moment. "Are you really sure that's enough evidence against the accused?"

[Cobra_Ikari]

The spirit of Ikari smiles wickedly at Alarrabelle.

Funny thing about that, eh?

He looks harshly at everyone who's left.

((Hmm, Alarra had a role, and had spoken up for EK, and was right about Cobra. Given that little bit of insight, she'd pointed at Ink before she switched her vote to Cobra. It's not much, but it's supportive of the Ink bandwagon at the moment. Going back over older stuff to see if I can glean anything else I see this...

Day One, Ink almost successfully started a bandwagon against Kyrian before Kyrian came out and derailed it by declaring his membership in the Posse.

Day Two, Ink tries to start a bandwagon against Alarra.

Day Three, Ink points at Indurain, but only after the bandwagon is well established and obviously not going to be derailed.

Day Four, Ink tries to bandwagon EK, who Alarra defended as an innocent.))

Dis one, he blinked.

After watching the scene unfold in front of him at the saloon, PGCoD downs two shots of tequila, then whips out his six shooter. I think it's time fer us ta shoot up some banditos.

The Crazy Old Prospector has another drink and stumbles into the grocery store. "Say, you fellers got any gold fer sale here?"

The loud report of several rifle rounds echoes through the city streets. "Squirrel-Hunter" McGee is at it again ... and three squirrels have hit the turf.

"I knows yer out there Kidd! I kin smell yer squirrely spoor on the air!" Another thunderous report, and another squirrel falls off the public outhouse.

"An' I'm gonna find every one of your squirrel-mad boys too!"

* 'Squirrel-Hunter' McGee spins and points his rifle barrel at Ink *

*The llama loyally follows the prospector around, sniffing occassionallly. He meanders into the grocery store and knocks over some ink. As it falls to the ground, he points a hoof at the Ink to let the prospecter know about it.*
