Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
Would the Giant Monstrous Fly Wrecan and Veldrina apparently killed in their past adventures be too much of a stretch?

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
Well, I included the Great Mighty Bull, so really it just comes down to whether you want to write an entry for it or not.

I'll probably add it, then, though I'm not sure where.

I'd say just throw it in as if it literally just happened.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
The entry for the Draketooths should probably include that the 6th mummy was likely destroyed in #899.

Updated, somewhat belatedly, with the events of 991. I also added in the last mummy.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
I'm going to be completely ridiculous here:
http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0744.html neck-flavored parasites!
http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0750.html ball pit victims!

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
I think the parasites are a bit much, but the ball pit skeletons are a good idea. I actually thought they were already in the list.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
Should we list the mummy queen from SSaD? If she's undead, then she died at some point, didn't she? Also, if we're listing Mr Greygrey, we should probably list the people he turned into his floor, even though they're "technically still alive".
EDIT: I also believe we are missing whatever Kobold the Empress squashed on page 4 of Haleo and Julelan.Last edited by Cizak; 2015-07-01 at 02:24 PM.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
I've actually been skeptical about Mr Greygrey's continued inclusion for just that reason, since he's not actually dead (and Haley's temporary petrification in BRitF wasn't counted either). But I don't think an entry's been outright removed before, so I'm not sure whether I should or not. It's not like we're going to see him again either way.
That's Yikyik, and he didn't actually die - he appears alive later on at the party, and I think again at the ending.Last edited by ti'esar; 2015-07-01 at 04:39 PM.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
Should Penelope be grouped under DStP like the Draketooth Family? Also, the Hotshot Military "Geniuses" should probably be under Before Dungeon Crawlin' Fools.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
Honestly, that whole Before BRitF section is another one of those things that I'm dubious about the continued inclusion of in the Graveyard. Now that "Book 5" is finished, I'm no longer certain it's necessary, and only a handful of the entries could have occurred during the time of the online comic. But as with Mr. Greygrey, I'm not certain about making big changes to the entries that predated my taking over the thread.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
Yeah, Thog's opponents are one of them, and we have no idea how long Tarquin's had his Ring of Regeneration and magic carpet for. Most of the others, though, either died before Dungeon Crawlin' Fools or, in Penelope's case, with all of the other familicide victims, which makes the purpose of the section a little unclear.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
The section was for Western Continent deaths that were implied to have taken place during the timeframe of the comic at an indeterminate time, and was started before the reveal of the Draketooth's demise. Penelope was initially placed there because her cause of death was 'mysterious circumstances' and the date was unknown but implied to be recent. She should be moved to right after the Draketooth family. The Progenitor Dragon probably should not have been placed there at all, and belongs in the first block.
It's really up to you what to do with the rest. An argument could be made for moving the Hotshot Military Geniuses and the dated reference Gladiators into the first block, but I don't know where. The other four could be folded into the beginning of BRitF or the end of DStP.
Like I said, it's up to you.

I was going to hold off on adding him until we got more information about why the HPoH killed him, but on further reflection, that can always just be added later.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
With the death of some of "Gontor's" summoned rats, I thought this would be a good time to revive this thread again*, though I think I'll wait to see how this fight ends before actually adding them to the Graveyard proper.

Re: The Graveyard Reanimated
Now the entire crew of Creed of Stone ushers can be added to the Graveyard...
Spoiler
DM: At the end of the meal, the innkeeper is bringing you the cheese plate. Roll for initiative.
PC: Excuse me, what?
DM: I said, roll for initiative. They like their cheese really ripe in these parts. They have the ooze type.
"Excuse me, but... is it a GOOD or a BAD thing when the DM can't help bursting into laughter every time he hears the phrase 'level-appropriate encounter'? No, just curious..."

Yup, I'll get on them later tonight. I wasn't expecting the HPoH to wipe out the entire Creed of the Stone...

On second thought, looks like I ought to hold off on the ex-Creed of the Stone until this current battle is over.
