McCormick starts strapping himself in- looks like it'll take a little longer for him to completely encase himself in the Kothar, the control system's pretty simple, but there's about a million little buckles to do up.

Achille's axe bursts into flame and scores a deep gash across the Ogre's chest, prompting a scream of agony from the beast.

Brute clears the cargo hold and finds himself within easy distance of the battle.

Wrench strikes out with supernatural power, but the Ogre just barely manages to avoid the blow.

Casfal has a good view of the surrounding area from the Kothar. He doesn't see anything else moving within his range of vision.

Ike's crossbow loads smoothly, ready to fire.

The Ogre puts a hand over its wound, glares darkly at Achille, and delivers an awesome blow to the Kothar's midsection. The metal armor bows inward from the force of the strike, but Achille himself remains unharmed.

[Time for the second round! Asmodeus, I'm not sure if it's technically RAW or not, but yes, your spells will prove effective at repairing any damage the machines should take.]

Achille moves around the ogre in an attempt to place it between himself and Wrench. He tries to do this nimbly enough to avoid another blow by the ogre. As he brings the axe toward the ogre again, he says in wonder, "Kamate..." unknowingly echoing the pronouncement a hobgoblin legend about the first sword to be forged.

McCormick manages to get himself strapped in just as Achille strikes. His Kothar's joints screech as he drives his axe through the ogre's body, literally slashing the poor thing in half. The resulting pool of blood boils from the heat of the Kothar's axe.

If there are any other monsters in the vicinity, or the moment they seem content to pee themselves in hiding.

[Fortunately for Not a Paladin, this ends the combat before he can make the most spectacular miss Eberron has ever seen.]

Wrench immediately turns to Achille and climbs down out of his Kothar. "You require repairs. Please hold still."

He then applies an infusion of magical energy into the Kothar to repair its damage. Once thats finished, he says to Casfal "I am Wrench, Maintenance Crew for House Lyrandar's airship fleet."

In the cockpit, Casfal nods. It's good to meet you, Wrench, Ike, Achille. I am Casfal Markise, a traveler from the northern part of Thrane. You may be able to detect hints of the Thranish, and, somewhat strangely, Karrnathi accents in his speech.
