Btw, this worldbuilding thread includes some 5e content now, so maybe you could add it to the list?

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Thanks! I've added a new section for homebrew worlds. I'm going to have to take a closer look at Geula when I find time...
As a general note: I likely won't be checking the worldbuilding thread that often for new stuff to add, so if people want to point out threads that they think I should add, please do so.

This thread is amazing, and led me to seeing several things of great interest that I otherwise might never have stumbled upon.
Also, whoo! I'm in this thread twice! \o/

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Just wanted to drop in and say thanks for compiling this excellent for all of us 5e DMs/players. There's some awesome stuff in here, and it must have taken a while to collect and post. I must say that I'm surprised that you found my 'Magic Message' spell--I'd completely forgotten about it after a few days. Anyway, thanks again!

I've got a Resource-gathering/Potion-brewing subsystem for 5E that got mostly positive feedback.

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
My swordmage/Eldritch Knight has been turned into the janissary. For some reason I don't have the docs for the older iterations of the class. You can take them off.

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Oh, I thought they all linked to the same doc. I originally planned to make new copies for each of the different iterations (swordmage, e. Knight, janissary) but I only have the janissary doc. Apparently I messed up when I tried to copy it into a new doc to edit it, and just edited the original.
Anyway, thanks. This is really useful.Knowledge is power. Power corrupts. Study hard and be evil.

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Does anyone have suggestions for dividing the Rules Tweaks section? I can leave it be, but I think it'll get a little bit too big at some point.

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Hi, Ive updated the Khaasta for 5th edition. They were a planescape race originally, but as her Dread Majesty can open portals anywhere, they can turn up in any setting potentially.
Ive also included an update for the Nezumi.

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Just added another updated planescape race, the nathri, in addition to the shad and khaasta. Also tweaked the nezumi.
Also, JamesIntrocaso introduced a great set of tables for chases. Nice work basher

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Thank you for adding all of the races I updated to 5th to this section
My computer died the other day, so I won't be able to add more and add to the feats and other stuff for a while, but I will eventually.

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Wow, this is really great. I have been going through enworld databases looking for homebrew appropriate for the game I'm running. Seeing something that links to all the goodstuff on giantitp is incredibly good timing. I'm sure this was a lot of work, and I for one want to thank you for it.
Also, here is my a thread I opened with fighter stuff. It currently has 3 subclasses, 3 fighting styles, and a feat. I plan on tweaking and adding more as time goes along.
http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showt...7#post19143517
And, umm, that's not shameless self promotion or anything. It's, ummm, me trying to reduce your workload for this incredible project? YEAH, that's it! Just trying to do my part for the greater good
Edit: Also, a slightly updated Enlightened Warrior is within that link, so it could be removed from the list if you add that link.Last edited by Kerleth; 2015-04-22 at 10:45 AM.
One edition to find them all, and in the basement bind them.

Re: D&D 5e Homebrew Compendium
Adding some of my own work here: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showt...Glacier-Spells
hopefully the extra traffic helps it get more attention.
Yes it links to another site, but this is way easier for now. Anyway here's my version of Warforged that I allow for my campaigns.
http://dnd-wiki.org/wiki/Warforged-Gr7mm_(5e_Race)
Is it ok, most likely. But I know where and how to make this race struggle. If you give it a lot of down time it will shine, but if you continuously push them through gauntlet scenarios or if your group has to make use of short rests often, you will see severe wear and tear on them.
Just want to say thank you. All I've had to do is make my material clearly labeled and wait patiently for it to end up here. This is a phenomenal index and contribution to the community.Last edited by Gr7mm Bobb; 2015-08-26 at 06:56 AM. Reason: Added other self made homebrew + Commentary
