This theme was made as a joke people, because I felt the theme thread was taking itself too serioulsy at the time. And also i had this joke where i combined the votes of people in a single avatar.
It's meant to be deliberately confusing, contradictory, over specific and weird as possible. I'm not sure weither you arguing on the words makes me very amused or very sad.
Do whatevr yu will with it but for the sake of the original joke, it's 'formally'

I thought that you had created it from what had ben said, so I was kind of confused about the link to Rawhide's post. I guess "Rawhide what have you done" (As you said last thread) makes more sense now.
