Default +3 level adjustment for sorcerer

The DM is allowing us to take a +3 level adjustment and I want charisma and bonus feats. Possibly some bonus ac or something blood related as I am a bloodmage

Probably the best pile of LA you could get for this example is a Half-Nymph White Dragonspawn Jungle Kobold. No bonus feats, and not strictly the highest Cha you could get, but White Dragonspawn is an amazing pile of goodies, including +1 Sorcerer level. Kobolds also have the ability to undergo the Greater Draconic Rite of Passage, netting you another +1 Sorcerer level for all purposes.

    Overall, this race combination gets:
    • -2 Str, +4 Dex, +2 Wis, +4 Cha
    • Monstrous Humanoid (Cold) type
    • Small size, with Slight Build
    • 30ft land speed, 60 (average) fly speed
    • Claw/Claw/Bite natural weapons
    • +7 natural armor
    • Awesome Beauty (Su) - Shakens any humanoids who fail the save when you turn it on and they look at you
    • Crappy 2d4 Cold breath weapon
    • Crappy death throes (downside, makes you hard to raise)
    • +1 effective Sorcerer level
    • Ability to spend a feat and some permanent HP loss to get another +1 effective Sorcerer level

Overall, it's the Sorcerer casting increases that are the main bonus here. At level 6, you've unlocked 4th-level spells, and cast at CL 8. Pretty awesome.

Yep, there's very little I can add to this. You only lose one caster level by level 20!

The Unseelie Fey template from Dragon Compendium is also very powerful and can get a bit ridiculous on a Cha-focused character. It changes your type to fey, but I think you're stilll a kobold and can take the Rites of Passage.

I'd go for the regular half-fey template instead of half nymph myself. You don't get 'blinding beauty', but you do get flight and a slew of SLAs.

Half-Fey invalidates White Dragonspawn, sadly, since it's acquired and can only go on Humanoids and Monstrous Humanoids.

Ah, I didn't notice that half-nymph only granted fey bloodline. Nifty! Shame about losing the SLA's though.

You can gain this Half-Fey after White Dragonspawn and it works fine.

White Dragonspawn does require you to be permanently dominated by a white dragon though. May or may not be worth it.

As far as charisma templates that add bonus feats, consider this:
    Fire Souled in DR314 p23 +3 LA
    +4 Charisma
    LEADERSHIP as a bonus feat.

That's right, why play a single sorcerer when you can play a cabal of sorcerers. :D
You also get some other cute abilities, like immunity to daze which is nice for Celerity spam.

Radiant Creature (Dragon #321) is LA +3
Becomes an ‘Outsider (native, augmented xxx)’
Alignment is one step closer to Chaotic
    +4 Dex, +6 Cha
    +4 bonus on Spot checks
    –8 penalty on Hide checks
Fast Healing 2 (as long as there is light)
Creatures within 30’ that look at the Radiant creature are Dazzled for 1d6 rounds (WillNeg, DC is Charisma-based).
Immune to becoming Blind, Dazed, Dazzled, & Stunned.
Also, DR /magic and bunch of SLAs

It's semi-questionable RAW - depends on the outcome of the age-old argument about whether Dragonwrought Kobolds are true dragons or not - and some of the smelliest limburger cheese imaginable, but if you're stacking Half-Dragonspawn and the Greater DRoP, get Dragonwrought and see if you can't also get the Loredrake sovereign archetype from Dragons of Eberron. Because, strung together with everything else, that becomes a whopping +4 sorcerer levels. Boom.

If you take a very literal reading about the Sovereign Archetypes they never specify true dragon, just clerical casting on your sorcerer levels. It was up to the DM if ones without clerical casting could take them.
