Mhm, I figured that, and it's actually rather funny to see that too.

The problem for Veronica is that she was using this as validation that yes, she can be a meaningful part of an adventuring party. Summoning an incompetent demigod does not help her at all and is probably going to result in having her grumble and be down for a while. She'll laugh about it in the future, but it'll be a bit before that point.

Can I get a rough listing of what dwells in the sewers of Inside, and which players control it? MERC is going to delve there and try to establish a foothold.

There were Alien-style Xenomorphs once, can't recall who played them though. I think Rebo's had ghouls down there, too, but that was ages ago- before his nightmaere stuff, which go around hunting stuff like ghouls.

I'm pretty sure I ran a dungeon in Inside's sewers once, but I can't remember what it was. I think it was some form of pyramid? I like pyramids, so they tend to pop up a lot, like nirnroot plants, Valyrian steel, demons and elaborate descriptions of rooms and masonry.

The Temple of Dalachrech has an escape tunnel through the sewers; that'll be guarded by various insectoid monsters and frequented by oversized detrivorous invertebrates. Also some magical wards, especially where it enters the Temple to stop it being used to enter the temple by those from other faiths.

Oh! My creepy not-children that turn up from time to time in Inside (and once Riverside, I think) live in parts of the sewers. The bits that were, before their arrival, pretty safe. They're creepy predators that are adapted to feed on people, but they rely on camouflage to hunt and aren't actually that powerful individually.

One time, I ran an evil mad scientist in the sewers.

That was a long time ago. He has probably since moved on to Skyside as an NPC.

It could be very reasonable that the remainder of the ghouls are in hiding in the labyrinthine sewers from the nightmares.


Also, slightly unrelated: One time, a Les Mis plot was run, and I remember that at one moment in the book, Jean Valjean ran into Monsieur Thénardier in the Parisian sewers. So it's likely that you'll also run into corpse-robbing frenchmen in the sewers.

Hey all,

I made some pretty hefty changes to the Skyside OP. Notably, the entire backstory of Skyside has changed significantly (the full history isn't up yet, as well as one of the locations, but I think what's there should be able to give a good picture of what's going on), as well as the 'political system', such as it is. The changes shouldn't really affect any current RP going on in Skyside. Rather, the changes are aimed at removing the "Partners" who were at the top previously, and were pretty stagnant, with few of the players involved being hugely interested in doing stuff with them, and opening it up to a loose 'faction' system where anyone can play powerful people in Skyside that might be in competition with each other.

I fully recommend reading the whole OP, as I've added new locations to integrate with Spaceside, and changed some of the zones to fit the new Skyside better.

Hi Earl of Purple, yea would love to get Arlen involved in something. He is currently at Trogs having just eaten.
He has the 3 eyed skull on him but short sword and shield have been left behind somewhere.
Did you want to carry on the "Yteved, Black Crow Islands, weirwood tree. Hagraven" quest?

I could source another adventurer and meet Yteved at the ruins on the hill?
