"She probably won't. And I'm sure she won't mind it being cold, so long as you haven't put ice into it and ruined it."

"Why would I ever so that?" Aiden grabs the cup of coffee and hands it to Naku. "There. For the ever-demanding lady."

"Yeah!" Naku agrees, turning around to look out the front windows. "This place is actually really nice. It was a good find."

But you bring the coffee and food. Which is arguably the most important part."

"Yeah, I guess so." Aiden leans against the counter. "So the hair-flipping thing doesn't work as well in real life."

"Pfffff." This was not, as it turns out, a dismissive noise. Naku's just trying to get some errant strands of hair out of her mouth, and off from clinging to her nose. "I'll make it work at some point."

"I'll practice it at some point." Naku replies, sipping at her cofffee again. "How's the behind the counter work feeling so far? Everything set up properly?" Naku was up rather late the last night or so making sure everything was all set up for opening today. Something about not needing much sleep.

"It's good. I'll probably rearrange stuff at some point since I'm fickle, but I like the layout," Aiden says. "Plenty of room to maneuver."

Naku chuckles at that. Grizzled was just such a fun word. "Why thank you." Admittedly, he hasn't seen the amount of scar tissue she does have. "How old are you, Aiden?"

"Oh. Well, I ask because you mentioned that we're about the same age probably, so I was curious as to how old you are." Naku admits, shrugging, before finishing off the rest of her coffee.

"Still working on it," Aiden says, moving his gaze back to the window. "Not having much results so far."

"No rush. I'm not going anywhere." Naku means from the Cafe in general. She might actually move if a customer shows.
