Maybe it's like Bleach where no one can decide who gets to be the leader so they're all red rangers.

EDIT: A thought since life fibers are traditionally red. Maybe we can somehow have different kinds of life fibers that are different colors? Not sure what different colors would signify though.

Well yeah, but in their raw form before being fabricated into clothing life fiber is red.

I'm talking about raw life fiber with different inherent properties. Maybe blue life fiber doesn't feed off of blood but water and needs to get wet in order to function (extreme wet T-shirt contest anyone) or green life fiber functions like chlorophyll and needs direct sunlight to activate its power.

Just a thought anyway.

My wife has expressed interest in this. She's never seen Kill la Kill but is considering something along the lines of a first contact specialist / alien ambassador. I'm working on a character with her today.

I'm thinking of being a teacher. An Anthropologist that specializes in first contact and alien culture. She would be the stern/professional person who tends not to get rattled and can be a badass but 90% of the time time actually prefers to play support or diplomacy. She's had her own adventures but is ready to grade papers now. More then anything dramatic she's more of a mentor.

Name: Victoria Beauoix

Age: 32

Appearance: Rich brown hair, sharp hazel eyes, and ivory skin. Victoria always dresses in fitted, professional suits or other outfit exactly correct for her situation. Sexy in effect, but not in skin.

Personality: The ultimate academic professional Victoria is calm, collected, and pointed thinks before acting. Everyone knows that she is the queen of her classroom and not to be messed with. When not in action (teaching, leading a team, or on a mission) she watches. Her mind capturing everything.

Her ordered personality has won her a small group of student fans who emulate her motions and actions.

Powers: She has three major powers that she has been known to use, though it is easy to suspect that there are more under the surface that she is not using. The first is the sense of FEAR. This is only used when someone is interrupting her class or mission. But it works.

The second is a life fiber rope that she uses to control those who don't come up heel on first command. This does not hurt the person trapped, though it could. The ability is easily seen. Yet she uses it mostly to confine students to their desk when they refuse to be still.

The third is the ability to shut down another person's powers. This is whispered, little more then a rumor, and there is no real record of her ever having done it. Some believe it true, some suspect that it is a way to better control her students. No one really wants to find out.

History: Her past is shrouded in mystery. According to official records she was simply requited from another establishment and now works here, with a excellent but somewhat dull background. However this is obviously not the case. Those with sharp eyes will note that her skin has the fine lines of long healed scars, and her reactions could only have honed in battle.

It might be best to determine if the power in question DOES exist or not, though.

That reminds me. Nudist Beach might have splinter factions. People that aren't so extreme about lifefibers. After all, NB DID fight alongside the Four Devas in the distant past, in spite of them using Goku uniforms.

I'm a little confused by this stripping gives power concept though. Is it more complex than that? I understand it has to do with shame.
