What is this breathing of which you speak, and why would being underwater or in the vacuum of space prevent you from doing so?

Kami points to the distance with his staff. "The wasteland is a hundred leagues that way. You know your getting close when you see a lot of people shooting bows from horseback and wearing funny hats", he answers Callin and Android 23. Then, he hears what Ieez says and blinks. "Huh? You can speak, but you don't breathe? How in the blazing fires of Hell does that happen? Oh wait, you're ready with the wall. Let's see..."

Kami inches closer to the wall, rubbing his chin ponderously as he examines Ieez's work. "Meh. Good enough." He then glances down, as if looking through the look. "Feels like your brother's back on his way. Go fetch the watering cans and brooms from the basement so you can get to the next thing."

Ieez is even more confused now, but he does as the old man says and heads to the basement.

off to the wasteland then mi'lady. Callins jumps off the edge of the lookout once more. soon he was flanked by three floating eye like balls.

[Lord Raziere]

She points at Ieez with her thumb.
"See? I need that kind of environmental protection. We might end up fighting Arcosians that are not them, they don't even know what breathing is. and no I'm not telling you Ieez...because its not really important, at least not right now. I'm sure Kami can tell you that anyways"
She then takes off with Callins.

[Emperor Ing]

Artic arrives on the lookout, the constant flights beginning to take its toll on his own energy. Got water. He says.

[Razade]

[Near the Lookout]

The figure had been traveling long, the sun dipping below the following cloud banks that seemed to move like a loyal hound behind the wrapped figured. It had gained strength as it moved, a roiling storm cloud under its feet that made traversing the rocky and overgrown land easier. It moved with a purpose, sweeping over other cities and towns and along with it came the storm. Cities flooded and lightning set fires to forests behind the long march but soon the goal was clear. In the distance loomed the great tower that led up to Kami's Lookout loomed. It was here, miles away from the Lookout the figure stopped, the storm slowly catching up. Lightning bolted around the figure and the rains soaked it's coverings fresh and from the storm the being called forth a great spear of lightning, lobbing it well past the clouds to the Lookout proper above.

[Kami's lookout]

Kami looks after Callin and Android 23 for a moment. In truth, he isn't hoping for them to get their dragon. He hopes the dragon will eat them, so they will quit jumping on and off his property.

Then, he notices Artic's back. "Good. Your brother's off fetching the gardening tools. Why won't you sweep the floor and boil some tea while..." Then, the rumbling of thunder hits them, and the whole palace shakes as the lightning hits its bottom. Kami sways from side to side a bit, keeping his balance but visibly surprised by this development. Thunder doesn't get this high ordinarily.

"Oh, for the love of me, what now?" He storms to the edge of his lookout and peers down, noting the clouds are in turmoil. That lightning bolt wasn't natural. Is someone picking a fight with him? Who dares?

"New plan", he says to Artic. "Put the water down and get there, find whoever's throwing stuff at my palace, and kick their ass. Understood?"

It's around this time that Ieez returns with the aforementioned gardening tools.

What just happened? Whose ass do we have to kick?

[Emperor Ing]

Whoever's throwing the lightning? Artic shrugs. Besides, Ieez, you're still tired from flying up here, think you're in any shape to fight?

Worst case scenario, I get stranded on the surface for a day.

Unless someone here has a method of replenishing the Ki of others?

[Razade]

[Near the Lookout]

The figure remains resolute in the whipping wind and screaming thunder as the lightning seems to strike him as if homing on his location. Each strike only seems to crackle against him as a shield of electric force swirls about him. The figure lifts a hand, another powerful blast of searing power lances through the clouds and beyond towards the Lookout. Then another, then another as the shield waves and weakens with each blast.

Callins, flies along with 23. He notices the clouds getting ever more ominous below them. he does seem to grow slight concerned, when the lightning shot upward, all he could do what try and warn 23.

23! Watch out!

Callins got hit by the lightning while it barely hurt, thanks to being air born, it still blew out one of the ki levitators in his feet. He could only barely control his dissent at he spiraled down.

[Lord Raziere]

The Sky.

"Oh hey free energy!"
She sticks out a hand to absorb the lightning bolt, always good have a light meal once a while. Yeah, that felt good.
"Now who was so kind as to give me some food? I think I need to go thank them with my fist. Or should we continue to the dragon?"

Near the Ground
Callins by the time 23 finishes her meal is already fallen below the clouds. his velocity was increasing terribly fast as he plummeted towards the ground. This going to hurt~

The Ground
A small crater forms as he hits the ground hard, water already starting to fill it in. He starts to move only slightly, his armor very much cracked, seeming to have taken most of the damage.

[Lord Raziere]

"Whoops."
She flies down.

The Ground

She lands right next to the crater.
"Uh....Doc? You ok? I'm sorry for not catching you. That was a jerk move of me. Are you still alive? Please still be alive. Your like the second of third friend I have in recent memory, and your kind of needed for the first one to come back so.... Doc? Doc?"
She nudges his shoulder a little.

OW! ya I am good. Callins sits up slowly.
I wonder what brought this storm along? it is not natural at all. Also 23 I am thinking. If we see a dragon, what if we have to face it? I mean I know you are strong, but I am rather weak. Are we even going to be able to beat it? As Callins gets up his armor all pops off and hits the ground with a satisfying smack. Clearly his armor was weighted to slow him down.

Underneath was a black one piece suit, that was very form fitting. the only piece of tech he still seem to have on his body was his armband controller. as a press of a button on it, the suit poof'ed into smoke and turned into a little ball, not a capsule.

I guess I will be grounded for a little while if that is ok?

[Razade]

[Near the Lookout]

The figure watches the pair burst from the clouds, trailing their descent until they fall below the tree line. With a motion of its hand a swirling in the cloud begins to form before sunlight breaks through the swiftly expanding hole.

[Lord Raziere]

The Ground

"Guess we're walking then, and I'm fighting alone. All because I didn't catch you....well I guess I paid that price. Will have to remember to not pay that one ever again. As for the dragon...well we can either be scared of whether or not I'll be able to take it, or we can press forward and hope that I will be able to take it. I can't stop to worry about every single little thing that could go wrong if I'm going to get 22 back. What matters is the destination, not the journey. By the way....huh, guess you guys developed Capsules to. In my time, that tech is very common."
She then begins walking in the direction of the wasteland.

I will do what ever I can to help you get your friend back! Callins gets out of the crater, and starts to run for the Wasteland. He was faster on the ground anyways.

Race you there. Callins smirks as he passes 23.

[Lord Raziere]

The Ground

"Huh. Actually a good runner. Ok. Race it is. I am after supposed to be the "fast" Android of my trio."
She picks up speed using her robotic legs to try keep up with him, running as fast as she can.

[Frozen_Feet]

[Kami's lookout]

Kami stiffens when he hears the roar of thunder again, but luckily, his palace survives without being hit this time. As Ieez presents his question, Kami walks behind Artic. "You two talk too much", he rumbles. "I believe I told your brother to get down." For emphasis, he aims a kick at Artic's hindquarters. If he doesn't dodge, it will send him flying over the edge of the lookout. The look on Kami's eyes tells Ieez might be next.

Ieez decides to just head down on his own.

[The Base of the tower]

After a sudden stop post freefall and a slow descent of the last few feet, the elder yet smaller Arcosian has one thing to say to the lightening throwing guy.

Hello. What is your malfunction?

[Razade]

[Near the Lookout]

The figure perks a brow, gazing up the strange alien. "You are the Kami?" it questions, it's voice deep and raspy as if from being shouted hoarse. As if to punctuate the question it hurls another spear of lightning up past the clouds.

The fritz's a "Kami"?

It is around this point that the Arosian lowers his hood in order to get a reading of the mysterious figures power level.

[Emperor Ing]

Seeing his brother suddenly jump, Artic falls down after him, following, easily making the landing.

"The" Kami? He questions.

[Frozen_Feet]

A sound of distant rumbling can be heard from above as the third spear of lightning hits something far, far above.

A few moments later, the Arcosians and the rampaging demigod will have to worry about large chunks of the palace falling down at terminal velocity. At the same moment, a voice booms from the heavens:

"#@%¤& STOP BREAKING MY STUFF!"

[Razade]

[Near the Lookout]

The figure continues to gaze over the now two alien creatures, the readings on the scanner going haywire though if it's from the power level of it's target or the massive storm may be hard to say. Either way, the power levels are off the chart. "Are you the God of this..." it starts before the booming voice snaps its gaze up at the clouds. "No. You're not. I have no quarrel with you. Do not get in my way." it utters before trying to zoom past the two and between the suddenly falling rocks, it's destination more than clear.

Ieez throws off his robe and tries to intercept the charging figure, in hopes of preventing it from getting to "Kami"

[Razade]

The cloud, and thus, the figure come to a screeching halt as the "ice demon" moves to intercept him. "I've given you a warning already. I do not care to repeat myself. Do not jump into a path that you do not belong."
